The villa has been restored and furnished with great care. The interior's wonderful antiques, precious objects from around the world and fine sculptures create a unique atmosphere. The villa offers every comfort, and also a bedroom with an original fresco. The terrace is ideal for enjoying outdoor dining and viewing the splendid panorama. The Tivoli Baths and Roman villas such as Villa D'Este, Villa Adriana and Villa Gregoriana are a few kilometres away. You'll find a golf course and riding school at a similar distance. Rome is a wonderful place to visit throughout the year and is about a 35 minute drive. The swimming pool is on the first floor level. There is a staff apartment on a separate floor with a separate entrance. This ensures the guests' privacy. Cleaning for four hours per day, six days per week, is included in the price. There are various vacation properties sitauted in the antique farm, suitable for a maximum of 5 to 6 people. Each appartment has a nice view of the Roman valleys. Furthermore, you can swim and sunbathe at the communal open swimming pool of the estate. Colline

Holiday house situated on a hill top with an overwhelming view at the national park of Nazzano and the river the Tevere. The hilly region with many olive orchards and pastures are excellent to go out on the available bicycles or to make beautiful walks, one can also take a trip on the back of a horse which is available at the nearest riding school. But not only a trip through the overwhelming nature is a recommendation, how about a day in Rome by train or by car. And if you do not feel like going out, then that will be no problem. Just nicely lounge about with a good book at the spacious shared swimming pool while your children go on a spree in the large garden. In the evening it is wonderful to relax with the other guests in the communal area (with library and fire place) or in the garden in where a barbeque and wood stove are available. Of course the delicious local wine cannot be missed here. To be short, a destination in order to relax nicely with family away from the daily Dutch worries.

Villa Voltarina

Exclusive private villa in the countryside around Lake Bracciano; about 50 km from the centre of Rome. The villa, owned by a well-known actrice, boasts a whole range of amenities and offers guests a relaxing stay. Rooms feature colour TV with decoder, DVD player, telephone and mini-bar. There is also a good-sized private garden with swimming pool, sauna, heated Jacuzzi, a large veranda and open air dining. It also offers a private parking area, a brick barbecue, utility area and lots more besides. This is the perfect area for walking, bike riding and horseback excursions around Lake Bracciano (2km away). Horse riding trips can be arranged. The centre of Bracciano is also 2km away, where you will find all the usual amenities including restaurants, shops, etc. An agreement has been reached with a local restaurant -1 km away, who can offer catering upon request. In the surrounding area: the Lakes Bracciano (for sailing lessons and windsurfing), Martignano, Vico and Bolsena. Beaches: Santa Severa and Santa Marinella. Rome can be reached effortlessly from Bracciano by either car or train. The railway line passes at ca. 100m of the holiday home (it is a secondary railway line which leads to Rome). Extra information; The last 500m of the road are not paved. Small dogs are admitted (dogs must measure no more than 40 cm from the withers). The owner reserves the right to demand a surplus cleaning charge from those caught breaking the rules. Offenders may even be asked to vacate the premises. Inclusive in the price: towel change every Wednesday and general cleaning every Saturday with towel and linen change. Use of the Jacuzzi is free in high season. Extra fee-based services: Waitress service: 10 per hour. Baby-sitter: 15 per hour, or 50 per night. Wood for the chimney: 25 per one hundred kilograms. Telephone: national and international phone cards can be supplied upon request - starting at 5 each. Use of the Jacuzzi (low season: October to April inclusive): 200 per week (in working order day and night, with 40 temperature water). Sauna: 30 per day, in service from 10:00 to 13:00. Upon request: use of stables for guest's own horses (price to be agreed). The stable block is situated 2 km away. Riding lessons can also be arranged. San Celso di Bracciano

Lovely holiday home with shared pool and located just a few minutes walk from the Bracciano Lake. From the garden there is a beautiful view over the old town of Bracciano, the magnificent Odescalchi Castle (only 2km away, where Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes got married) and the lake with the mountains behind. This apartment is located in the basement of the villa , is fully independent with a private entry, and also has a large garden (shared, 1500sqm). The shared swimming pool is situated just outside the holiday home. The holiday house is ideal for families looking for fun and relaxation. From this holiday house you can easily reach Rome (33km) also by train (the railway station of Bracciano at only 2km away, is linked to 4 stations in Rome every 30 min.). Beside the large Roman archeological sites you can also discover the even older Etruscan civilisation in the villages of Tarquinia, Cerveteri, Sutri, Vulci etc. And the Bracciano and Bolsena lake offer beaches and water sports within a beautiful landscape and a relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is not far from the sea, the Eternal City of Rome, OF SPAS AND CITY historically-significant witch: CERVETERI, VITERBO, TARQUINIA and SANTA SEVERA with the legendary castle by the sea. Bracciano Dream Home is located in castle of Montebello and has two floor: on the first floor there is a living room with sofa bed and fire place, tv-dvd and air conditioner, kitchen fully equipped with tools and appliances including oven and microwave oven, large bathroom with shower and washing machine, second floor there is a big and comfortable double room. In the beautiful hills of Lazio, near Rome, there is a lovely agritourismo with a spacious garden and a courtyard and a lovely panoramic view. In total, there are 10 apartments for the guests. The agritourismo is located in the midst of 6 hectares of property with vineyards and olive groves. There is a restaurant serving seasonal dishes and there is also a wellness centre with a sauna, ice shower, Turkish bath, relaxation room with herbal tea and a heated salt water swimming pool. The wellness centre can be paid by day and allows access to all facilities. It is also open to external visitors. As of June 2011, there is a golf course on site, and there are stables 5 minutes away.

The nearest tourist site is the Vatican Museum, approximately 10 mins. walk away. The apartment is welcoming with high ceilings, exposed beams and wooden floors. There is a bedroom on a mezzanine level (open onto the lounge) while two further people can sleep on a divan bed in the lounge. You will be able to walk to the city's monuments and squares, whether the Vatican or Spanish Square or Trevi Fountain. Otherwise you will also be able to take the bus or underground and there are a bus stop and underground station less than 10 minutes from the apartment.

Azzurra

Near Rome and the Via Salaria, one of the roads paved by the Romans, you will find this beautiful estate in the midst of the Marcigliana nature park. It is an ideal basis for visiting Rome because you are there within a half an hour. The estate consists of an old farm with 5 holiday apartments and 10 hectares of land, and has been around since the end of the 19th century. There is also a horse breeding farm and stables on the property. In the other building on the property, weddings and parties can be organized. If there are weddings or parties going on on the property, the swimming pool cannot be used by the guests. Apartment Azzurra is charming, light and atmospherically furnished with beautiful furniture. In addition, there is a tennis court, a swimming pool and a spacious communal garden for the guests.

Prato di Roma

This holiday home is in a quiet, verdant area. It is just eleven kilometres from the Eternal City of Rome (as the crow flies). The apartment is north-east of Rome on the way to the town of Mentana. It is part of a farmhouse complex which combines proximity to Rome with a wonderful position in the Marcigliana Nature Reserve. You can enjoy a shared swimming pool and garden. The holiday home looks onto the garden and is ideal for a family with children. Children will have a great time in the pool. The home is also a good choice for couples who wish to visit Rome but want to relax amidst beautiful scenery. There is a bus stop just 1.5 kilometres away. Bus 86 runs from early morning until 23.00 hrs. It will bring you to the Termini Station in the centre of Rome in thirty minutes. You can enjoy riding, fishing and other sports in the immediate area, all within 500 metres. Thanks to the home's convenient position near the Grande Raccordo Anulare, Rome's ring-road, you can easily visit Tivoli with its Villa Adriana in around thirty-five minutes by car. The Latium Coast, including Lido di Ostia and Lido di Castel Fusano, is around forty minutes away by car. Castel Gandolfo, the Pope's summer residence, is only a thirty-five minute drive. Please note: Events such as weddings and parties can be arranged on request. During these events it may be necessary to limit use of the swimming pool and other areas.
