Abtenau is situated 47 km. south-east of Salzburg. The attractive country house Marianne lies at the foot of the so called Road mountain that nestles against the 2200 m. high Tennen mountains. Oberhasler

This very nicely furnished and spacious holiday residence is located on the ground floor of this wonderfully situated house. The house is in a quiet location at the end of a dead end mountain road at the edge of the forest at an elevation of 850 metres. You have a wonderful view to the southwest and the Tennen Mountains. You reach the residence from the parking area by descending an external stairway.

This spacious ground floor apartment is located in the Schorn district, just outside the charming and well-known town of Abtenau. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen. The living room gives out onto a very large and sunny terrace.
