You have the entire first floor all to yourself, so plenty of privacy. A large living room with direct access to the large balcony is charming and sociable. In addition, you have a separate kitchen with dining nook with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Next to the house is a carport with space for one car. Lungötz is in a quiet location and easily accessible. In the winter you can be in the ski areas of Dachstein West in just a few minutes. Of course, you can walk and make excursions in the beautiful surroundings at any time of year.
