You can ski on the glacier during the summer. The cabin-lift in Kaltenbach will take you to the ski-area. You'll find more than 80 km of ski-runs there. The Hollaus Apartment is at an altitude of 850 metres. It was built recently and is in a modern style. The up-to-date kitchen has a wealth of built-in equipment. There are two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The house is in a cul-de-sac in a delightful, quiet area. You can enjoy breathtaking views as far as Mayrhofen. Please take care on the steep mountain road to the house in winter.

Seehüter

The Seehütter House is in the lively main street of the village of Aschau. The house has recently been renovated. The apartment is on the ground floor, first floor and second floor. Aschau is an idyllic, hospitable village in the heart of the Zillertal. It is an ideal base to enjoy many cultural and sports activities. The village is in the immediate vicinity of the Hochfügen -Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena ski-regions. There are 30 km of cross-country ski-runs. Thanks to the magnificent Tux Glacier you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding even in summer. There is a swimming pool complex with whirlpool, sauna and extra long slides in nearby Mayrhofen. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy skating, tennis and squash there. The ski-bus stops around 250 metres from the holiday home. There is a ski-equipment storage area in the house. You can enjoy the shared terrace with barbecue in summer. The holiday home must be booked for a minimum of four people. When a booking is made for 4-6 people, the unoccupied bedrooms are locked.

Baderhof

The Baderhof Country House is on the outskirts of the pleasant village of Aschau. The village is in the Zillertal Valley. This attractive holiday home is on the first floor. The detached house was built in 2009 and this is reflected in the holiday home. The home's three bedrooms are spacious and newly furnished. The modern bathroom and the well equipped kitchen offer all modern conveniences. There is a large, south-facing balcony which enjoys delightful views. The owner's farm is next to the house and children are welcome to look around. When you want to enjoy skiing, the two largest ski-areas in the Zillertal Valley, Zillertal Arena and Hochzillertal, are on your doorstep. The ski-bus will bring you to them free of charge. The Baderhof Country House is an ideal holiday home for enjoying the beautiful Zillertal Valley.

Haas

This country house is in a wonderful sunny location in the midst of the Zillertal between Aschau and Zell am Ziller. Your holiday home is located on the 2nd floor. The residence is new and very luxurious with modern furnishings. In total there are three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a charming living room and an open complete kitchen with built in equipment. There is a spacious garden around the house with a lovely terrace.

Lanthaler

The detached villa Lanthaler is located at the edge of the charming village of Aschau in the Zillertal. There is a carefully furnished holiday residence on the second floor, which you have all to yourself. The headroom is limited by the steep slope of the roof (see photos). The residence was recently renovated. In total there are three bedrooms, one of which is separate on the first floor. The two other bedrooms, the charming living room with kitchenette and the modern bathroom are on the 2nd floor. From the living room you can access the large south facing balcony with a fantastic view. For your skiing pleasure, you have the choice of the two largest ski areas in the Zillertal: the Zillertal Arena and the Hochzillertal. The ski bus will take you there for free.
