A two bedroomed appartment on the ground floor of what was once a hotel. Located just off the old lobby, there is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area, with the two bedrooms at opposite ends. The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher, and the bathroom and WC are seperate. The furnishings are good quality, solid wood. Located 400m from the main road through BKK, the thermal baths, Kaiserburg lift, shops and restaurants can all be reached easily by foot.

Sunny Villa

Top Quality (new 2011) appartment, 200m from the Thermal spa complex and only 100m further from the main Ski lift to 110km of piste. However, it is not just the location which is A1. The slightly elevated south facing aspect gives the house sun all day, all year in an area famous for it, and unobstructed views from the balcony to the Kaiserburg mountain and the ladies world cup downhill piste . The light interior is absolutely tip-top. The 3 large bedrooms are all located upstairs with the master bathroom, and downstairs there is a further bathroom and the main very large living / dining area. All these benefit from electric blinds to regulate the sunlight, and from underfloor heating. The quality is further underlined by a quick glance at the kitchen and the furnishings. There is free wireless internet throughout, with wall sockets should the signal weaken. The friendly, young owners live in a completely seperate appartment (with seperate entrance) underneath, should you need any tips. Such a good appartment in such a good location!
