Gerda

Country house Gerda is a detached property, peacefully situated in a sunny location on the edge of the village of Biberwier. The good standard accommodation (AT-6633-05, 85 m)is located on the first floor. On the second floor is a modern 5-6 persons property (AT-6633-06, 90m2), this accommodation is newly furnished. Both properties have a balcony with fantastic views of the surroundings.

Sonnblick

In the middle of the renowned Tiroler Zugspitzarena, at short distance of Erhwald and Lermoos, at a salubrious height of 1.000 m lies the cosy village of Biberwier. Those who like making walking tours will certainly like this area. On each of the three lakes in the area you can enjoy all kinds of water sport activities. But the area has more to offer, including a tennis court, horseback riding stables and last but not least the longest summer toboggan run in Tirol. On a peaceful location, just outsitde Biberwier lies the detached house Sonnblick. On the 1st floor you'll find a completely, newly built apartment with a new and cosy interior. This is accessible through a central staircase. Especially the two separate bathrooms and the separate living room and kitchen are very pleasant rooms. You can have a lovely time on the huge balcony (all around the house) with garden furniture and stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is also a garden with garden furniture.

Lärchenwald

This holiday home has a quiet, idyllic location in the southern part of the village of Biberwier. The cottage has a cosy apartment of ca. 60 m2, on the ground floor. A garden with sun area, a roofed parking lot and ski storage will aslo be at your disposal. In winter the holiday home is only ca. 5 minutes away from the langlauf loipes and the ski area Tiroler Zufspitzarena. Besides skiing the area is ideal for great winter walks, Nordic walking, ice hockey and skating in Ehrwald. The holiday home is the ideal base for beautiful walks in the Fernpasss lake area or for great swims in one of the three mountain lakes. The Zugspitze mountain range is breathtakingly beautiful and the healthy mountain air will do you good. You can use the indoor swimming pool with a large relaxation area and slide for free all the year round.

Fellner

Occupying the entire first floor, the overall feel is of space and light. This is best illustrated by the large high pine ceilinged 60m2 living/dining room, which houses a traditional Kachelofen, a children's play corner, and which connects to the terrace and kitchen. The terrace is a generous 30m2, is partially roofed and has grand views out towards the Sonnblick, Zugspitze and the other mountains in this natural amphitheatre. It has sun all year round. Sleeping is in one of the two colour coordinated bedrooms. Both have a double bed, and the larger has an additional double sofa bed.

Schachtkopf

The Schachtkopf Holiday Home is in a quiet, sunny area. It is at the edge of the village of Biberwier. The holiday homes are for two, four and eight people. They are on the second and third floors. The homes are pleasantly furnished. They all have a balcony and enjoy delightful views of the surrounding mountains. The house is an ideal base for exhilarating walks through the mountain area. Youll find three lakes and the Tyrol's longest summer toboggan slide nearby. There is a large garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, table football and a play area with a swing and slide.

Berg

The small idyllic town of Biberwier is in the area known as the Zugspitz Arena. The town is near Lermoos and Ehrwald. The three mountain lakes of Mittersee, Blindsee and Weissensee are at the foot of the Fern Mountain Pass. They are part of the Biberwier area. The town is an excellent base for walking and hiking to the many meadows and shelters around the Marienberg Mountain. A cable car will take you to the Zugspitze, at 2,962 metres the highest peak in Germany. The summer toboggan run on the Marienberg lift in Biberwier is a real highlight. The detached holiday home is on the outskirts of the town. The home is in a quiet spot and is completely furnished. It is suitable for 4-6 people.
