In the summer you have a table tennis table at your disposal. You can make beautiful walks, starting in the village or the direct surroundings. The bicycle routes are also certainly worth your while. Very homely-feeling 2 bedroom appartment on the edge of the small village of Muhlbach im Pinzgau. The living room is furnished in pine and leather, and between that and the open plan kitchen, the balcony opens out towards the Hohe Tauern range. All the rooms, including the two bedrooms and bathroom are all accessed from a central corridor at the heart of the appartment. Located a 2 minute walk from the local pool and within easy striking distance of most of Austria's big summer attractions - Zell am See, the Grossglockner road, Krimml waterfalls, Kitzbuhel, the Ziller Valley, Kaprun Glaciers and dams, and even Salzburg.

A really nice appartment on the edge of Muhlbach bei Bramberg in the Pinzgau valley, the Emerald capital of the Austrian Alps. One bedroom (with TV, a living room (also with TV) and the one bathroom cater perfectly well for up to 3 people, and feel more like someone's home than a holiday appartment. There is so much to see in the area, with the fabulous hiking of the Hohe Tauern practically on your doorstep. Zell am See, Krimml Waterfalls, Kitzbuhel, Kaprun glacier, the Grossglockner road - all big names easily accessible from your base here. If you prefer to relax, there is the pool a few hundred metres down the road, and the garden just downstairs!

Deceptively large ground floor appartment on the outskirts of the small village of Muhlbach near Bramberg, in the heart on the Oberpinzgau valley. There are fireplaces in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Ideally placed for Krimml waterfalls and The Hohe Tauern Nationa Park in summer. In winter the closest lift is for Pass Thurn/Kitzbuhel just 3 knm, away, but many families prefer the Wildkogel, just a little further away. Zell am See and Kaprun Glacier are within easy reach all year round.

This very nice holiday residence is located at the edge of the centre of charming Mühlbach on a sunny slope. On the ground floor, which you have all to yourself, you have a spacious hall, a charming kitchen/diner, totally new but very unique and charming, constructed of old wood and possibility of heating by original tile stove, but at least three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with an infrared sauna. The large and spacious garden and terrace offer a fantastic view of the surrounding breathtaking mountains. In a few minutes you are in the middle of the village where the ski bus leaves for the surrounding ski areas of Kitzbühel and Bramberg. hiking, sledding and Nordic skiing are also available in the direct vicinity. In the summer, there is also plenty to do, the famous Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner route and the Gerlospas are all nearby. Warmly recommended!

Absolutely top class ground floor appartment near the centre of Muhlbach. Essentially a small bungalow joined on to the owner's house, it has a private entrance, private terrace and garden, a carport and access to the small warm pool house. There are 2 thoughfully decorated bedrooms, and a beautifully furnished kitchen/living room. All the appliances are of the best quality, and the small house in the garden houses the infra-red sauna. The list of places to see in the area is as long as your arm - Zell am See, Kitzbuhel, Krimml Waterfalls, Grossglockner road, Kaprun glacier amongst others. The Hohe Tauern National Park offers some of Austria's best hiking, and for those less inclined, there is the acclaimed new visitors centre 6km away in Mittersill.

You can enjoy drinks and meals together in the pleasant private stube on the ground floor. The large, professionally equipped kitchen can cater for forty people. There are thirteen bedrooms and a number of toilets and bathrooms. The holiday home is 500 m2 and offers an abundance of space. It is attractively furnished, full of atmosphere and much wood is used in the décor. The free ski-bus will bring you to the nearby ski-areas in no time. You can choose from a number of ski-areas. Neukirchen/Wildkogel is 3.6 kilometres away, Kitzbühel/Kirchberg is 7.4 kilometres and the popular Gerlos- Königsleiten is 22 kilometres. You can enjoy tobogganing in Bramberg on Austria's longest toboggan slide. The slide is fourteen kilometres long. You can enjoy many activities in spring, summer and autumn here too, thanks to the proximity of the wonderful Hohe Tauern National Park. You can visit the Krimmler Falls, the tallest waterfall in Europe. The Habach Valley, famous for its precious stones and minerals, is also worth exploring. All in all the Eckhausl house is an ideal holiday home for large groups or families on holiday together. The Wenns area is located a short distance from famous Bramberg in the High Tauern national park. You will find your holiday residence in this very quiet but centrally located holiday home. You have the entire 1st floor to yourself, which is very spacious and furnished with care.
