Stockerngut

This very comfortable holiday home has the romantic atmosphere of a log-cabin. It is tastefully furnished. The detached home is in a sunny, quiet position on the outskirts of a wood. It is above the village of Gries and between Zell am See and Taxenbach. The home enjoys delightful views. There is a large living room with a dining area. The seating area has an open fireplace and the conservatory leads onto a balcony. The well equipped kitchen has a wood burning stove, a four-burner electric hob, an oven, two fridges, a freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, each for two people. Two bedrooms have an extra bed. The bathroom has a bath, shower and double wash basin. The spacious sauna has a relaxation area, a shower and access to outdoors. You can also enjoy a 'Kneipp Becken' (hot and cold pool). There is satellite TV, a radio, a washing machine, wood burning central heating and electric heating. The garden has a seating area, sun loungers, barbecue, a pond and lawn and is in front of the house. You can enjoy total tranquillity here. The views of the 3000 metres high mountains are enchanting. The access road is kept snow free in winter. Please bring non-skid chains. A sledge is available. Please note. The access road is asphalt and 4 km long. It is a narrow road above the village of Gries. It is kept clear in winter and is accessible with non-skid chains.

House Schmidl is situated on the outskirts of the village of Bruck am Grossglockner, the property is situated on a quiet easily accessible road in the valley. Balcony and an enclosed garden.

Schmittenblick

Excellent quality, one bedroomed appartment overlooking the outskirts of Bruck an der Glocknerstrasse toward the Schmittenhöhe, the mountain which overlooks Zell am See.
