The middle floor is the focus with the fully equipped open plan kitchen diner, living room and a terrace with super views out over the lake and resort town of Döbriach . Three bedrooms are on the top floor, with one each on the other 2 floors. Ideally placed not just for the excellent swimming in the lake, but also for hiking tours in the Mockberg and Tauern massifs. The southern, un-developed side of the lake is also ideal for bike tours. In winter you can be in the thermal spa resort of BKK in 15 minutes, Goldeck in 25 minutes or at the Mölltal glacier within an hour
