Bergheim

The Bergheim House is in a convenient position at the edge of the well known town of Fügen. The town is the largest in the picturesque Zillertal Valley. The free ski-bus stops at the doorstep and you're at the ski lift in a few minutes. This large, detached house is 350 m2. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. The house is simply and attractively furnished. It consists of three floors. There are twelve bedrooms and almost every bedroom has a washbasin. Some bedrooms on the second floor have sloping ceilings. The large living room on the ground floor has plenty of space for large groups. There is a garden with garden furniture and a barbecue at the side of the house, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The Bergheim House is an ideal holiday destination.

Hirner

Detached Haus Hirner is beautifully located in the centre of Fügen. A nicely maintained house that has a spacious holiday home on the first floor (100 m2). You have three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room/kitchen. This residence is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. The location is ideal, all facilities, such as restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. You have a communal garden where there is a barbeque present and a swing for the kids. The ski lift at Fügen (Spieljochbahn) is only a stones throw away, and within walking distance. Details: You can indicate you preference upon reservation, but we cannot guarantee that this floor is the one you will be assigned on site.

Lindner

The Lindner Country House is in the delightful centre of Fügen, the Zillertal's largest town. You can leave the car behind here and enjoy après-ski to the full. This spacious, ten-person accommodation is 120 m2 and on the third floor. It is two separate apartments next to each other. The advantage of this arrangement is that you have two living rooms with open kitchens, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The accommodation is well furnished and has a charming atmosphere. The lifts to the Spieljochbahn ski-area are 600 metres away. You'll find cross-country skiing 200 metres away. The free ski-bus to the Hochfügen and Hochzillertal ski-areas stops at the front door.

Oberhubenhof

At a height of 620 m, peacefully situated just outside the centre of Fügen. The property (110m) with balcony and garden furniture is located on the 2nd floor. Entrance is shared with the owner. You may use the garden.

Pankrazberg

On a delicious, peaceful spot approx. 1,5 km. from the centre of Fügen lies Haus Pankrazberg. This friendly farm house has a spacious 10-11 pers. holiday house divided over the 1st floor and the basement. In the basement lies a very large living room with several sitting areas and a cosy wood stove oven. The bedrooms are all situated on the 1st floor and 1 bedroom a step lower on the in between floor. You have access to no less then three bedrooms and you will occupy the 1st floor all by yourself. The house has been recently, partially renovated, which is shown by the modern bathroom and the spacious, of a good standard bedrooms. Around the house lies a large garden in where the children will amuse themselves excellently. Next to the house are the owners stables where the children can certainly take a look. Altogether an ideal holiday address in the well known Zillertal!

Michael

House Michael is a unique holiday home situated at the beginning of the Ziller valley, in the centre of Fügen. As this house is for sole occupancy it is ideal for large groups who value their privacy. The house was totally renovated in 2006 and is modernly and attractively furnished. It has two bathrooms and you can enjoy a huge balcony on the 1st floor blessed with a lovely view of Fügen and the surrounding mountains. The house is just 100 metres from the main road. It is easy to reach and is an ideal base for enjoying excursions in the surrounding area. Next to the house you'll find a small garden with garden furniture.

Landhaus Kostenzer is located on a beautiful central site at the edge of Fügen directly opposite the ski practice slope. A lovely country house with luxurious furnishings. Youll notice this in the luxurious entrance hall, but the royal living room with separate seating area and charming open fireplace are also an example of it. In total there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a sauna on the first floor which you can enjoy after a day of skiing. Relax in the lovely jacuzzi, where the water splashes into the bath over a cliff wall. The free ski bus stops nearly on the doorstep. Overall, a fantastic holiday home in the lovely Zillertal.

App. Goldschmied

This authentic detached farm, which you have all to yourself is located approx. 2 km away from the centre of Fügen. Apartment Goldschmied is located in a lovely quiet and sunny spot in a conservation area with many deer. The apartment at the back of the detached farmhouse is charming and comfortably furnished. You also have use of a large property with a garden, garden furniture, barbeque and chaises. The apartment is ideal for four persons but can be hired for a maximum of six persons. All in all, an ideal address for a perfect holiday.

Zuhäusl

Haus Kosis is located in a lovely quiet and sunny spot at the edge of famous Fügen. You have this detached home all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The house consists of two apartments which have been joined. Ideal, because you have enough space with two living room/kitchens, two living rooms, two bathrooms and 6 separate bedrooms! Around the house there is a lovely garden with various terraces. The location is ideal because all of the facilities are nearby. The free ski bus will whisk you to the Fügen ski area in five minutes.

Steinlechner

The generous holiday apartment is on the 1st floor of the house in Fügen-Gagerin, at ca. 3km. from the centre. You will have great views on the surrounding mountains from the balcony. There is a great garden to enjoy. The ski bus at only 100m takes you to the nearby ski area. The landlord is a musician and will provide traditional Tyrolean home music on request with guitar, accordion and song (for a small fee). A pretty apartment for a relaxed stay.

Apart Ritzl

On a peaceful and sonny spot, just outside the centre of Fügen lies this detached house 'Apart Ritzl'. You absolutely do not have to be a mountain specialist to reach this house, because the access road is only 100 metres away form the road to the Spieljochbahn and this one is straight and flat. On the 2nd floor is a spacious and of a good standard 4-pers. house situated. The holiday house is equipped with all conveniences, in order to that, each bedroom has its own TV with cable reception. You also have a nice balcony facing south with garden furniture in where you can lovely enjoy the sun and the view.

Sporer

Country house Sporer is situated in a sunny, peaceful position between the centre of Fügen (300 m.) and the cable car lift near the Spieljoch, in the diverse ski-ing area of Fügen. The high standard, recently (2000) built, spacious (100 m) deluxe accommodation is located on the first floor. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen diner and an attractive sitting room with original stove. Use of own lovely balcony stretching 3 sides of the property, (one of which is south facing). The address of the holiday home is: Wiesengasse 11. The former street name was the Hochfügener Str. 464. In several navigation systems this hasn't been changed and do you still have to give in the old address.

Luxner

Located in the centre of the village Kapfing, in the parish of Fugen. Numerous sport - entertainment and nightlife facilities within a range of 10 km. The centre of Uderns is only 1 km. away. The owner will gladly show you around his farm. The good standard and well furnished accommodation is located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Balcony on both floors and garden with garden furniture and a barbeque.

Goldschmied

Fügen is situated 46 km. To the north east of Innsbruck. This authentic, detached farmhouse is for sole occupancy. The property is located approx. 2 km from the town centre of Fügen. Attractive farm house with authentic decor in very peaceful, rural setting with many deer. Large grounds with garden, garden furniture, terrace and barbeque.

Rieser

From holiday home Rieser, located at 450m altitude, you will reach the centre of Fügen in ca. 20 minutes. The holiday home is set near a hill with a petty church. Your holiday home is approx. 86 m2 and located on the second floor. Fügen is surrounded by fabulous mountain tops (to 2,600m). The nice ski areas Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Kaltenbach are in the immediate proximity. A ski pass gives you access to all ski lifts and buses in the valley. The whole Zillertal has ca. 600 km pistes. Other famous places in the Zillertal are Mayrhofen and Hintertux. You can even ski on the glacier in Hintertux in summer. There are lots of opportunities for day trips in the region. The capital of Tyrol, Innsbruck, with the Goldene Dachel is only 40 km away from the home. If you want to visit the fairytale castle Neuschwanstein you will get there in 1.5 hour.
