You will notice the roomy lay-out as soon as you enter the holiday home. It is very attractively furnished. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can enjoy panoramic views of the Zillertal from the large, south-facing balcony. The free ski-bus stops outside the door. The bus brings you to the Spieljochbahn, Fügen's gondola lift, within a few minutes. The home has a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. The house has a fine south-facing garden. You can enjoy the superb view of the surroundings from here. You'll find excellent skiing in Fügen and the ski-bus is free. Chalet Alte Mühle

Chalet Alte Mühle is located on a wonderful quiet site not far from the slopes and the Spielhochbahn at Fügen. You have this detached chalet all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The chalet has a rich history and has been used as a country house by a noble family for years. You have a great deal of living space, and there is a new kitchen, a wonderful wooden sitting room and a spacious living room with a TV corner. The authentic open fireplace provides a wonderful atmosphere during the winter evening. If there is enough snow, you can ski from the chalet to the slopes. All in all a charming chalet for a successful winter sports holiday!

Pölterhof

This authentic farm house is peacefully located on the Fugen mountain. The simply furnished property is partially on the 1st floor and the well equipped 2nd floor with several balconies. Terrace and lightly sloping play and sunbathing area (grass).

Waldruh

This detached house lies on the edge of the road to Hochfugen. The property with balcony to the south with views of the Ziltertal mountain range is on the 1st floor. The small kitchen is only accessible via the bedroom. Balcony with garden furniture.

Alina

Haus Alina enjoys a peaceful location in Fügenerberg, just 3 km. from the renowned village of Fügen. This newly built, detached house was build in a typical Tyrolean style, using lots of wood. On the ground floor you find a very well kept holiday home. The friendly owner has done her utmost to create a cosy and lovely interior, and we think she did a very nice job indeed. The good sized kitchen-diner and very spacious bedroom (with access to the terrace) are very comfortable. In front of the accommodation you find a lovely (south-facing) garden with terrace. Here you can truly relax. Walking paths start from the house.

Guggerhof

On a small, quiet sunny plateau, 2km above the action in the Ziller Valley lies the typically tyrolean-looking Guggerhof. The spacious holiday appartment lies on the second floor, where the newly furnished kitchen is the centrepice. All of the 3 bedrooms have shower and satellite TV and share an abundantly flowered south facing balcony. There is a games room downstairs, and the shared garden is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and barbecueing. Kids will also love visiting the farm animals in the nearby stall.

Argus

The Heidi Country House is in a very sunny, quiet spot only 10 minutes from the attractive centre of Fügen. The holiday home is comfortable and pleasantly furnished. The friendly lady owner does everything to ensure that her guests enjoy their holiday. The pleasant balcony gives you delightful, uninterrupted views of the Zillertal. Children can play happily outside as there is hardly any traffic and the house is detached at the front. There is a spacious garden, with seating areas, where children can enjoy themselves.

Andrea

Andrea is a detached house in a beautiful location in the small town of Fügenberg. It has magnificent views of the surrounding area. This completely new holiday home is on the first floor which youll have all to yourself. The spacious home (100m2) is well kept and has a modern interior. It has an attractive live-in kitchen and a comfortable living room which can be used as a third bedroom. You can enjoy the wonderful view and sit in the sun on the spacious south facing balcony. A summer and winter toboggan run and a childrens play ground are only 200 meters from the house. The attractive village of Fügen with all its facilities is approximately 4 km away.
