Serfaus-Fiss is situated 80 km. south-west of Innsbruck. House Viola lies on a peaceful location but still only 1 km from the centre and the ski lifts from Fiss. On the ground floor of this newly built house you'll find a very comfortable and cosy apartment with a children's playground almost right in front of the door. Walking trails start from the house. You have your own entrance and lots of privacy. In front of the house lies a small terrace with garden furniture for you to enjoy.

Serfaus-Fiss is located 80 km. south west of Innsbruck. House Christina is very peacefully situated just 1 km from the centre of Fiss. The ground floor of the house contains a very comfortable and deluxe property. Private entrance and plenty of privacy. The accommodation is fully equipped with all modern comforts. Garden, terrace (south east facing), garden furniture. Specifics: Complimentary lift pass (1st of May till 1st of November), this is paid for by the accommodation owner. The accommodation has 8 sleeping spaces but will only be let to a maximum of 6 people.

Serfauss-Fiss-Ladis is located 80 km southwest of Innsbruck. Haus Elke is located only 1 km from the centre on the ski lifts of Fiss. On the first floor of this new building you will find a very comfortable and charmingly furnished apartment with a lovely view from the balcony. You have this part of the house all to yourself, so there is a very private atmosphere. In the winter the ski bus stops nearly right in front of the building and will whisk you to the large ski area with 200 km of slopes and 70 facilities, ideal for beginners and advanced skiers.
