Alt Montafon

Country house Alt Montafon is located only 0.3km from the centre of Gaschurn village.Due to the location of the house against a mountainside, above the river, there is no ground floor as such. The difference between the levels of the properties is no more than two steps. The Mathies House is just 300 metres from the lively village centre. There is a charming holiday home on the first floor. The house is detached and 65 m2. There is a shared entrance and a delightful balcony. You can enjoy the attractive garden with garden furniture. There is some play equipment for children.

Valüllablick

Gaschurn is the best known holiday village in the Montafon region and situated 15 km from Schruns. The simple house Valullablick is located on a wonderful quiet site approximately 1 km from the charming village centre of Gaschurn. The furnishings are very simple (very simple kitchen), but well maintained and typically Austrian with a lot of wood. The entire first floor of this detached house is for your sole occupancy ( apart from 1 bedroom). The three bedrooms all have their own sinks, especially pleasant in the morning.To the front of the house is a sunny garden with garden furniture and a barbeque. Limited headroom due to sloping ceilings, which makes it less suitable for tall people (over 1.85 m).

Kurt und Burgi

In one of the villages of the beautiful Montafon lies this unique property. House Kurt is situated approx. 800 m from the centre of Gaschurn at the end of a no-through road. From the outside, the house is in a poor state of repair, which is why this house is a good choice for those who set little store on a luxurious accommodation. The simple accommodation is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. The two bedrooms are authentic and full of atsmoshpere partly due to the use of wood. As this is an authentic property, you should be aware that there are low door frames. All in all, a great holiday address offering good value for money.

Sylvia

Gaschurn is the most renowned holiday village of Montafon which is situated 15 km. south-east of Schruns. You find house Silvia on a quiet location, ca 1 km of the cosy village centre of Gaschurn. Your spacious holiday home covers the entire first floor of this detached house. It has a cosy and well kept interior and you will immediately notice the spacious hallway with small, atmospheric sitting area. The two good sized bedrooms both have a washbasin, which comes in handy in the morning. All rooms have access to your own garden with terrace and garden furniture. All in all an ideal holiday address. Specifics: In this accommodation smoking is not allowed, however you are allowed to smoke on the terrace.

Durig

This large detached house is situated at the edge of the village on a passing through road of St. Gallenkirch and Gaschurn. You will occupy this holiday home entirely by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The house has been completely renovated from the outside and partially renovated on the inside. As a result of which, some of the bedrooms are furnished attractively and some bedrooms simple and effective. You have access to no less then 10 bedrooms and there are 3 simple bathrooms. Almost every bedroom has a washing sink and a TV. There is a garden with a terrace around the house. the mountain beach park is situated across the house, which is a fantastic park with several lakes, volleyball field and a childrens paradise. Altogether an ideal holiday address for a carefree holiday in Montafon.

Schindlecker

House Gudrun is situated in the rural district of Gaschurn, ca. 1.5 km. from the village centre and the ?Versettlabahn? that will take you tot the beautiful Silvretta Nova area. The wonderful, cosy apartment (65m2) is on the first floor. One bedroom lies seperately from the holidayhome (but in the same building). The house is just 15 walking minutes from the magnificent Silvretta Nova area. For people who enjoy walking this is a true paradise and the right address to relax and have fun.

Martha

Gaschurn lies at the end of the Montafondal. Country house Martha offers its guests a superb home. This comfortably furnished home is on the ground floor of the house with a lovely terrace offering panoramic views. The house is situated on the edge of a wood. Gaschurn has many walking paths and a variety of mountain bike runs. It is also excellent for mountaineering. Mountain Beach Freizeitpark offers a golf course and midget golf. Country house Martha is the perfect destination for relaxation.

Kessler

The Kessler Country House is in the main street of Gaschurn, a well known town at the end of the Montafon Valley. The attractive house has a shared entrance and is spread over the first and second floors. It is well kept and simply furnished. There is a small kitchen, two bed- and bathrooms and a balcony on the first floor. The balcony has good views of a natural swimming lake, known as Mountainbeach. There is a twin bedroom with wash basin on the second floor. Landhaus Kessler is ideally located and you can enjoy a wide range of sports in the area. There are walking routes, cycle paths, mountain-bike routes, the famous Europa Stairs with its 4000 steps, paragliding, tennis and the natural swimming lake Mountainbeach. This is the perfect address for a relaxing and invigorating holiday. Only the house owner lives within this house but no other guests.

Elisabeth

Gaschurn is the most famous and snow-sure ski area of Montafon. Real ski lovers will never be at a loss in the large ski area of Silvretta Montafon with more than 100 km of slopes. Built in 2010, Haus Elisabeth is located 500 metres from the centre of Gaschurn. The new, modern apartment is located on the ground floor (accessible by staircase). Everything is new and tastefully furnished. You have a lovely terrace on the sunny side from which you can enjoy the lovely view. All in all, an ideal holiday address near the largest ski area in Montafon!

Lentsch

Partenen is 19 km. southwest of Schruns. House Lentsch is peacefully located, 500m from the centre of Partenen, at the start of the Silvretta Hochalpenstrasse. The spacious accommodation(80 m) is on the 1st floor and is of a good standard. Terrace(80 m) and garden with garden furniture.

Guter Tropfen

Centrally located, though not on the village high street, this white plastered, old house, is not quite sole occupancy. The owner's daughter lives in a small apartment on the ground floor. Balcony with garden furniture.

Guflgut

The Guflgut holiday home is located on a very quiet and beautiful spot at the edge of the village of Partenen. The non-smoking flat with communal entrance is located on the first floor and has two bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, bathroom and a large balcony. The decor of the home is comfortable and cosy. The ski area is accessible in only a few minute, the ski bus stop is only 80 metres away. The Nordic track, the snowshoe and winter walking paths run right behind the house. In summer, there are many options for walking, cycling and mountain biking. At the Guflgut house you will find a barbeque on the sun terrace and a lovely lawn.
