Obersteiner

The Obersteiner Holiday Home is in the middle of the Zillertal Arena on the Gerlos Mountain. It is just a few minutes by car from the town of Zell am Ziller and its ski-area. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has a seating area and there is a separate living room. There are advantages to staying on the mountain compared with the valley. These include the tranquil, peaceful environment and the wonderful, uninterrupted view of the surrounding mountains. The ski-bus stops in front of the house. Rosa

Zell am Ziller-Gerlosberg is situated 63 km. east of Innsbruck. Beautifully located house, in Gerlosberg. The property is of a good standard and covers on the entire ground floor. You can enjoy a surrounding balcony with views of the encircling mountains. There is a sunbathing area (grass) with garden furniture. In the winter the property is suitable for 14 persons (AT-6280-32). Specifics: Because of the wood work it is not allowed to smoke in the stube. Sandwich service, to be arranged on site.

Almhof

This house lies at an altitude of 1180 m. and has views of the Zell am Ziller. The house (380 m), is somewhat dated but adequately furnished and has balconies on the 1st floor and 2nd floor, where 12 bedrooms are located. The owner lives in a small section of the ground floor. Terrace surrounding the house, with garden furniture .

Alpin

Zell am Ziller-Gerlosberg lies 63 km. east of Innsbruck. House Alpin is situated in a sunny location half-way up Mount Gerlos at a height of 900 m. The 2nd floor contains a 7-persons accommodation with three bedrooms (AT-6280-26). Unenclosed terrace (with garden furniture) blessed with stunning views of the valley. Sloping garden next to the house with communal barbecue.

Alpenkoning

Property Alpenkoning is situated near the ski piste of the Zillertal Arena at the guaranteed snow height of 1270 m. The property was newly built in 2005 and is fantastically situated and has a great view of the whole Zillertal area. Your luxurious vacation property is situated on the first floor and consists of a cosy living room with a comfortable sleeping accommodation, a modern kitchen and a separate bedroom. The furnishing is very stylish with a wooden floor and carpet in the bedroom. You have a nice balcony at your disposal with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The ski bus leaves almost directly from your doorstep and in the afternoon you can end up back in front of your doorstep from the decent (for the experienced skiers).

Nina is an elegant, detached country house at an invigorating 1100 metres above sea level. The house is in a wonderful location with clear, uninterrupted views of the mountains. The holiday home, newly built in 2008, is on the ground floor. Everything is completely new and the house is very stylishly furnished. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the area from the terrace. The ski-bus stops outside the door. It brings you to the biggest ski area in the Zillertal Valley within minutes. It is a wonderful area in summer as many walking routes start at your doorstep. A fresh bread-roll service is available.

The Rieder Country House is on the Gerlos Mountain. It is an invigorating 1200 metres above sea level. The house is in a delightful, quiet, sunny spot with breathtaking views of the Zillertal. This spacious holiday home is on the ground floor. It has its own entrance so privacy is guaranteed. Two great advantages of this holiday home are the separate living room and separate live-in kitchen. The interior is cosy and comfortable. There is a small garden and a terrace in front of the home. It is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunset. In the winter the skibus stops almost directly in front of the door. The skibus takes you within 5 minutes to the mid-station of Zillertal Arena Lift. Therefore, it is an excellent winter location, not far from the skilift!

Blaserhof

The Blaserhof working farm is in a quiet, sunny area on the Gerlos Mountain. The holiday home is on the first and second floors. The holiday home is not separate as all rooms open onto a central corridor. The cosy, traditional Austrian stube and the modern live-in kitchen are on the ground floor. The stube has a charming stove. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Children will really enjoy themselves here. There is plenty to do on the farm including visiting the farm animals. Fresh rolls and fresh, healthy produce are on sale.

Glaserhof

The Glaserhof Holiday Home is on the Gerlos Mountain. It is at an invigorating altitude of 1,200 metres. A modern extension was attached to the back of this traditional farmhouse in 2009. The extension today is a high quality, luxurious holiday home. It has its own entrance so privacy is guaranteed. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two separate, modern bathrooms. There is a separate living room and a modern live-in kitchen. The holiday home has plenty of space. The free ski-bus stops almost outside the house. It will bring you to the Zillertal Arena ski-lift, a distance of 2.5 km. Excellent walking paths start at the doorstep in summer. The holiday home enjoys delightful, uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. The Glaserhof is a high quality, luxury home with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
