Maltablick

This detached 17th century house is for sole occupancy (privacy guaranteed!) and has a truly magnificent, quiet and sunny location, ca. 4 km. above Gmund. The house has been refurbished with great care and the owner managed to retain many of the wonderful, original details including a stunning bedroom on the 1st floor with an authentic four poster bed, a wooden bedroom with a box bed and the watermill in the garden, and these are only a few examples! You will certainly like the cosy Stube in the living room. The spacious kitchen has an original solid fuel stove that you can use to cook on! But don't fret, you can also use two electric cooking rings. On the ground floor you find a Finish sauna. After a hot, relaxing sauna you can fill up the oak wood tub (also with shower possibility) with cold water to cool off. Around the house you can enjoy a huge garden (1100 m2). Here you have all the peace, quiet and privacy you need. From the street side (with garage for 2 cars) you can reach the house via a stone staircase through the garden (145 steps). Don't worry about your luggage, because this can be transported in a lift. If you book the house with less than 4 people, the 2nd floor will be closed.

Rabanser

The detached house Rabanser lies in the quiet village of Schlossbichl, 1 km. from the historic market town and castle of Gmund. The spacious and comfortably furnished property (108 m) occupies the entire ground floor, and is ideal for a large family. The winter garden is brilliant for sunny breakfasts, and the hedged garden at the back of the house ensures privacy for sunbathing or BBQ-ing. A small fountain at the front of the house is great for kids paddling. The Millstatter See is only 14 miles away, and Gmund is the starting point for one of the prettiest drives in the Alps past Heiligenblut to the Grossglockner glacier.

Gmünd lies in the Untere Liesertal. The beautiful, historical fortress city has still remained its Medieval character completely. The detached holiday house Pirker is situated approximately 2 km. outside the centre. You will occupy the cosy house entirely by yourself, privacy guaranteed. The interior is comfortable and attractive. The sunny spot and the large spacious garden around your house are one of the high lights of this holiday address. Price is valid for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12. 3rd and 4th adults pay Euro 10 per person and night to the owner directly

Kazda

Beautifully located newly-renovated appartment by the river Lieser, on the edge of the ancient artist's town of Gmünd. On the first floor. The two bedrooms both have a balcony overlooking the river, and the large, open kitchen-diner is both new and fully equipped. The bathroom has also been completely renewed. Downstairs there is a billiard and table-football table, which gives both kids and parents a bit of space. The beautiful garden is shared with only the owner, and is completely fenced, although the river can be accessed through a gate. The walled town centre and swimming pool are just a short walk away, and the millstättersee is just 20 minutes away by car
