Hiking trails, bicycle paths, horseback riding, climbing opportunities and cross-country ski trails are all right by the chalet. One of Austria's top 5 ski and hiking regions, Ski Amade and the Dachstein Tauern region, is just a 7 minute drive away. Hauser Kaibling and the Schladming Planai are fifteen minutes away. The family-friendly Stoderzinken ski area is located in Gröbming itself, on the sunny side of the Ennstal. All the shops and restaurants in the picturesque town of Gröbming are within walking distance or just a few minutes by car. There's an optional bread service and the Summercard is included!
