Chalet an der Piste

This log cabin, built in 2000, no less than 170 m2 in size, is located right by the piste of the splendid "Ski-in, Ski-out" resort of Großarl/Dorfgastein. Its delightful sunny setting at the edge of the forest gives it a lovely sense of privacy. You have views over the well known, friendly village of Großarl, and just a short distance away you can eat well at one of its renowned Austrian inns. This well-appointed timber chalet has a spacious living room with wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen and no less than four bedrooms, so you have plenty of space and privacy. Of course, it has its own sauna too, where you can relax and unwind after a day?s rambling or skiing. The owner offers a bread-delivery service, so you can have fresh rolls delivered to the door every day. The Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski resort forms part of the larger skiing region 'Ski Amadé', with 270 ski-lifts in all, and 860 km of varied pistes. There are ample opportunities here for beginners and advanced skiiers alike. Großarltal is known for its many Alpine refuge huts and 37 different signposted footpaths, with a total length of 220 km. A favourite memento here is a hand-made souvenir in the form of a badge showing the number of kilometres covered. The ski-lifts operate in the summer as well, making it easy to reach a high altitude to start your hike. In the summer Großarltal has much more to offer apart from walking. Here you can go swimming, cycling, play tennis, fish or take a ride in a horse and carriage. In short, it?s the ideal location for a wonderful holiday, in summer or winter! Special points: The owner will measure your oil/water/electricity consumption. However, the first 4000 litres water (and sewerage) is included in the rental.

Toferer

The Toferer holiday home has two comfortably furnished apartments with a lovely décor, which will immediately make you feel at home. The quietly located holiday home is near a leisure centre at the entrance of the village of Grossarl. There are several footpaths around the nearby mountain lake and the valley, where you can enjoy the serenity of nature. In the winter the holiday home offers a marvellous view of the Großarltal and the ski runs. The cable-car station can be reached on foot in just 3 or 4 minutes. The slopes almost descent to the door of the house (up to approx. 80 m), so you barely need to use your car during your winter sports holiday. After skiing you can relax in the sauna free of charge.

Grossarl Brigitte

A new good quality 2 bedroomed appartment for up to 6 people, located 2km from the centre of the village of Grossarl in the valley of the same name. Situated on the second floor, and finished in light pine, both bedrooms have satellite TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Downstairs there is access to the Wellness centre with two saunas and a relaxing area. The alpine gourmet can take his pick of the 30 Alm houses and huts in the valley meadows, whilst the mountainbikers and walkers explore the hundreds of miles of trails. The Lichtensteinklamm Gorge is a must. Salzburg and Berchtesgarten are only an hour away, of course, and the nearby salt mines and ice caves are amongst the many popular attractions in the area.

Enjoy a superb holiday with friends or family in this newly renovated holiday home. The home is in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The park is one of the most beautiful regions in Austria. The home is 285 m2 and not far from the village of Grossarl. It is suitable for 17 people and up to a maximum of 20 people. You will enjoy sole occupancy. The house guarantees pure comfort and is furnished in a modern style. It has three floors. There is a balcony, a terrace, a large garden, a sauna with a relaxation area and a bar. The large, attractive live-in kitchen is very well equipped. All eight bedrooms have cable TV. The holiday home has a large, splendid garden. The house is an ideal base during the summer for an active holiday amidst delightful scenery. Grossarl is known as the Valley of the Alpine meadows. It is excellent for walking and mountain biking. There are numerous mountain cabins along the way. You can enjoy a well-earned rest before continuing on your explorations.

Right in the centre of the authentic and lovely Großarl you fill find Chalet Gisela. You have this detached chalet all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. When you enter you are drawn into the atmosphere of long ago, plenty of space and old details, such as a lovely wood fired stove. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary equipment such as a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In addition to the separate kitchen, there is also a spacious and charming living room and at least 3 charmingly decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside there is an enclosed terrace and a balcony. Due to property border, you can drive up to the house to load and unload, but the parking spot and garage are 50 metres from the house. In you will be in the centre of Großarl in only a few minutes, where you will find many dining options and the ski bus stop. The free ski bus will take you to the Großarl/Dorfgastein ski area in just a few minutes. In the summer, the Grossarltal is perfect for nature lovers, walkers, mountain bikers and seekers of peace and quiet.

This spacious second floor apartment is located just before Huttschlag, in the heart of the numerous walking routes and 140 km of signposted cycling paths. The charmingly furnished living room, the bedrooms, the toilet, the bathroom and the fully equipped open kitchen (with wood stove) are located alone one central hallway. In the winter, the ski bus to the Grossarl/Dorfgastein ski area stops nearly in front of the apartment (45 m), and it is 7 km by car. The Nordic track runs right behind the house. You can reach the Alpendorf ski area in 18 minutes in the car, which connects to the Flachau-Wagrain ski area. In the summer, there is a swimming pool, minigolf and adventure park for the kids in Grossarl.
