Haus Olsacher

Well equipped chalet, quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac about 800m from the small resort centre of the Nassfeld and about the same again to the Italian border. With 2 bathrooms, a sauna, small washing machine, an extra TV in the children's bedroom and a dishwasher, it has everything you could need in a house. There is a new flat screne TV in the living room and plenty of room for up to 6 - pet friendly too! Waldhof

Beautifully set appartment house, overlooking a sloping meadow one mile along a woodland road from the regional capital Hermagor. With a ballsportfield (grass) and a swimming pool, there is plenty to keep you close to home, but there is plenty to see in the area too. The Pressegger Lake is a popular destination for swimmers, the gondola lift at nearby Nassfeld opens up the mountains for hikers, and for explorers, Italy and Slovenia can both be reached within an hour's drive. For just 5 each, you can purchase the Nassfeld bonus card, which gives you free unlimited access to the gondola, and reductions on many attractions including the summer toboggan track. The studio appartment is located on the second floor.

Bachmann

This house is in a beautiful location. This 3-bedroomed, first-floor appartment is very pleasantly furnished and well equipped. The town of Nassfeld is a winter sports station. It is visited by walkers and lovers of wonderful scenery in summer. The resort centre is dominated by the lift and the facilities like the mountainbike run, climbing wall and toboggan track which this accesses. There is a shop, a cash machine and a number of restaurants. You can walk to Italy from here. The house is at an altitude of 1500 metres, so evenings are cool. The air is pollen free. This an ideal holiday destination for hay fever and asthma sufferers.

Haus Walker

This chalet is on the border with Italy. It is at a high altitude, above the town of Hermagor. The chalet is on the Nassfeld Pass, in the Karnische Alps. The warm Presseggersee lake is deep down in the Gailtal Valley. The chalet is in a delightful position amongst trees. It is pleasantly furnished and has a rustic interior. Youll discover flowing brooks and beautiful flora and fauna near the chalet. You can walk straight into the mountains from here. Fresh milk, butter, cheese, bacon and eggs can be bought nearby.

Haus Louise

This house is in a pleasant area in the town of Nassfeld. It enjoys delightful views of the mountains. Both holiday homes are 70 m2. They are pleasantly furnished and each has a terrace or balcony. Type A is on the ground floor and type B is on the first floor. Particulars: the terrace and balcony are east facing. The shared garden with garden furniture and barbecue is also east facing. The holiday homes are separated by a communicating door. The house is very well suited for two families travelling together.

Haus Truppe

Located just outside the mountain resort centre of Nassfeld, you will find this pleasant 3 bedroomed chalet. Downstairs, the open living room leads to the kitchen, bathroom and downstairs bedroom. Up the steep spiral staircase to the first floor, there are the other 2 adjoining bedrooms. Located above the start of a quiet cul-de sac, and with a stream running by you can enjoy the mountain views from your private terrace. The mountain action starts roughly a kilometer away with the lift to the mountain-coaster, and the Italian border on the Nassfeld pass is not much further away.

Weissensee

Situated in an idyllic mountain valley exactly between the famous Weissensee lake (15km), warm lake Presseggersee (14km) and the top ski resort of Nassfeld (15km), this semi-detached property is great for larger family groups all year round. Located in the back half of the main building it is floored throughout in mature pine. At the front of the house there is a private shaded terrace, or in the enormous (1 ha.) sunny garden shared with the owner there a covered BBQ space and a pool. There is even a stable if you want to bring a horse. Just 5km to the resort centre of Hermagor or the cross-country ski centre in Weissbriach. Fabulous house in a fantastic area!

Nassfeld

Wonderful newly renovated appartment in an old carinthian country house. Located in large grounds in an idyllic valley between the Weissensee lake and the Nassfeld ski and mountain sports area. Entered from the side of the house up private steps the appartment has a wide central corridor from which all the rooms are entered. The living/dining area is light and spacious, and the bathroom has a washing machine as a major bonus. The Bedroom is classically furnished and has a new floor. WLAN internet access is available throughout. The garden has a swimming pool in the summer and is big enough for you to bring your own horse (!)Add friendly owners, and this is a top holiday home!

Dieter

200 m. from the village centre of Tropolach lies house Dietbeiter. It is located on a perfectly quiet acreage. The well kept and neatly decorated 2-Pers. property (AT-9631-01) is located on the ground floor. Shared terrace, garden with garden furniture, swimming pool and barbeque.

Arbeiter

House Arbeiter is at the end of a cul-de-sac in Tröpolach which lies 54 km. west of Villach. This house contains two somewhat simple, but tidy 2-4 person properties on the 1st floor. Balcony with garden furniture, large, shared garden with swimming pool.

Buchbacher

Country house Buchbacheris situated just outside the small town centre of Rattendorf, in a very peaceful and sunny location. This country house contains multiple properties. The 4-6 pers. property (AT-9631-12) and the 2-4 pers. property (AT-9631-13) offer spacious, good standard and attractively decorated accommodation. Both have a south facing terrace and garden furniture. Shared garden and sunbathing area (grass) with barbeque.

Das Kleine Feriendorf

Das Kleine Feriendorf is a popular small holiday park with 6 detached houses just above the small village of Jenig, not far from Nassfeld in Upper Carinthia. The house (60 m) is split over the ground and 1st floor. The properties are of a good standard and well furnished. Each has a patio, balcony with garden furniture, and there is a communal pool with great views down the valley. Pets are not just tolerated here, they are extremely welcome, and even encouraged! The owners are die-hard animal-lovers and even run a programme for them! Your free 'Nassfeld+' card (mid June - mid Sept) gives you (amongst other things) unlimited free use of the Nassfeld lift system, as well as a free kids programme and guided walks.

Wilscher

Newly renovated (2008) house next to thick woodland on the road to the Nassfeld Pass. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have satellite TVs, the living room is seperate, so there is easily space for a large family group. After massive investment in recent years Nassfeld is fast making a name for itself as a summer outdoor centre, with climbing wall, summer tobogan track, and downhill mountain bike track, amongst other attractions. Walkers can take the Peace Route along the ridges, trenches and forts of the 1915-18 front with Italy. And in the other direction only 15 Minutes from the shores of Lake Pressegger and the kids funpark for when you need a day to relax after all the action!

Gästehaus Pernull

This holiday home is at the edge of the town of Tröpolach. The home is very child-friendly and has a large garden. There is a children's playhouse with play equipment, a volleyball field and a barbecue. There are a number of holiday homes in the house. They are well kept and pleasantly furnished. The children's play villa can be used as a sleeping accommodation. Bicycles are available, free of charge. You can use the Gasthof in Waidegg swimming pool which is 4 km away. Use of the pool is free. The holiday home is part of the Nassfeld Card scheme. The card is valid from June until September. It offers free use of some of the mountain railways and bus services. There are discounts on various activities. These include the Strandbad am Presseggersee Beach Pool. Please ask the landlord for a brochure and prices.

Katzer

Modern compact appartment with private entrance near the lift in Tröpolach. A central open plan kitchen diner leads to both bedrooms, the bathroom, and a small balcony. The appartment is only a few years old, has a clean, light feel to it and and solid quality furnishings. The garden is shared with the owners' family. Located 10 km from the italian border in the shadow of the Cube hotel near the lift station to the active summer resort of Nassfeld, and within easy driving distance of the Presseggersee lake and the well known Weissensee
