Children's beds by prior arrangement. Grocery shopping 50 m..200m away the owner has a Guest house with a large restaurant where you can eat delicious food. Skiing 10 km. to the west in Warth or 10 km. east in Bach. Holzgau has a lift, 200 m., babylift 300 m., cross country ski run and skibus 200 m., indoor swimming pool 5 km. Floodlit toboggan run 200m.

A cosy holiday house (the owner lives on the 2nd floor), situated in the Lechtal, suitable for families, groups, etc. You will stay on 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). The ground floor includes a large kitchen and a large dining room, provided with all comfort for large groups of people. The holiday house is situated 200m from the ski lift and a toboggan slide. For a big ski area, Warth and Schroecken (1500-2050 m)on the Alberg are situated within 12 km. Here 60 km of ski track are available. Then in the direct surrounding there is 100 km of langlauf available. One can have wonderful hikes, mountain biking, rafting etc. in this area during the summer period. The following is available in the direct surrounding of the holiday home : Funpark (volleyball, basketball, rollerskate rink etc.,), playground, 2 tenniscourts, minigolf, football field, 2 cafes, bakery, 3 sports shops, 2 supermarkets, various restaurants. Rental of skis, cross country skis, snowboard, sledge, rollerskates and mountainbikes possible. A fondu set, flashlights for nightstrolls (winter) and a grill (summer) can be rented from the home owner. It is also possible to pay 20 Euro pp/per day extra for breakfast and dinner at the nearby Gasthof.
