Chalet Salvenalm

The Innersalvenberg Chalet is one of the most outstanding chalets in the Alps at 1278m. It is in Austria's largest ski-area and directly by the ski-run. There are 247 lifts and 676 km of ski-runs to enjoy. The detached chalet is at an altitude of 1278 metres so snow is assured. The luxury chalet was built in 2009 and is luxuriously furnished. There are seven spacious bedrooms and most have a flat-screen TV. There are six modern bathrooms. The chalet is furnished in a typical Tyrolean style and has a charming wooden decor. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. You can enjoy excellent meals at the guest house next door. The chalet is only accessible by lift or taxi in winter. Parking is available at the valley station. The Hohe Salve Chalet is the perfect accommodation for an ideal skiing holiday. There is a 6km mountain road to the house. Attention: you'll need to pay the cab to the holiday home yourself. The houseowner pays the cab from the holiday home to the car. It actualy concerns a very steep road from 7 Km. The apartment on the ground floor and first floor are not internally connected. Both have independent entrances from outside.

Chalet Innersalvenberg

The detached chalet was built in 2009 and is luxuriously furnished. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. There are eight spacious bedrooms, most with flat screen TV, and seven modern bathrooms. The interior has a delightful wooden decor in typical Tyrolean style. You can enjoy superb meals in the restaurant next door. The house is surrounded by a large garden. There are numerous seating areas where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Kitzbühler Alps. The chalet is in the middle of an excellent hiking area. Numerous walking routes begin at the door. There is a 6km mountain road to the house. Feriengut Penningberg

The Feriengut Penningberg holiday accommodation is at an altitude of 1000 metres. It is in a superb position in the well-known Brixen Valley. The holiday home is four kilometres from the village of Hopfgarten. The accommodation consists of two detached houses. The bedrooms are in one of them. The kitchen and two living rooms are in a farmhouse ten metres away. This is ideal for those who want to enjoy a late drink at the bar while leaving those who wish to sleep undisturbed. There are eight bedrooms and five bathrooms so privacy is guaranteed. You can enjoy a sauna and a relaxation area. A large 1200 m2 plot of land with a spacious garden, terrace and garden furniture surrounds the house. There is a football field next to the house where children can enjoy themselves to the full. The free ski-bus stops directly in front of the house. You have a choice of skiing in Hopfgarten, 5 km away or in Westendorf, 8 km away. This is an ideal accommodation for larger groups or several families. The owner lives on the second floor.

Chalet Julia

Direct on the slopes of the largest ski area in Austria (247 lifts with 676 km of skiing pleasure!). Chalet Julia is found in a guaranteed snow area at 1278 metres in elevation. You have this detached chalet all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The furnishings have wood finishes in typical Tyrolean style. At the front of the chalet there is a large south facing sun terrace, here you have a panoramic view over the Kitzbühler Alps. In the nearby guesthouse you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the winter, the chalet is only accessible via lift or taxi. You can leave your car in the valley station. Because the chalet is located on the slopes, the last 200 metres are taken on foot.

Chalet Hohe Salve

Chalet Hohe Salve is located in a fabulous place in the mountains at a healthy 1030 m altitude. You will stay alone in the whole chalet, privacy guaranteed! The detached chalet has been completely renovated in 2010 and will fulfil all your wishes. You will have four spacious bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a living room of no less than 65 m2. You can easily park cars in the parking garage where the ski storage room is also located. In front of the house you will see a nice garden with terrace where there also is a hot tub, heated with wood. From here you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Kitzbuhler Alps. Especially in winter, please keep in mind that the last 3 km to the chalet are a steep asphalted mountain road where snow chains are mandatory.

Jenewein

The Jenewein house is very centrally located at the edge of the village of Hopfgarten in Brixental. Your holiday residence is located on the ground floor. You have your own entrance, privacy guaranteed! The apartment is charmingly furnished. You have a kitchen/diner, separate living room, bedroom and bathroom. The residence is centrally located and the village is accessible within walking distance. The ski lift is not far away and provides access to the largest ski area in Austria. Next to the house there is a pleasant garden with various seating options, a BBQ shed and a play area for the children.

Maria

In a wonderful location in well known Brixental. Beautifully located holiday home at 800 metres elevation. Approx. 4 km from the centre of Hopfgarten there is a newly built residence, Maria. Your holiday residence is located on the ground floor of this detached house. You have your own entrance, privacy guaranteed! The house was newly built in 2010 and your residence is very tastefully furnished. Around the house there is a spacious garden and you have your own sunny terrace from whence you have a wonderful view of the Kitzbühl Alps. The free ski bus will whisk you to the various ski areas, you have the choice of skiing in Hopfgarten (approx. 4 km) or in Westendorf (approx. 6 km away).

Harpfen

No neighbours, no traffic, and no noise. The ideal hideout in the mountains! In the midst of nature, in the midst of the forests with a free view of the surrounding mountains, this is a perfect sunny spot to relax. This detached authentic farm has been renovated now but has conserved its typical appeal. You have this detached house all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The furnishings are completely new and charming, finished with a great deal of wood. You have plenty of room with a separate living room/kitchen and a separate living room, four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Around the house there is an spacious garden with various fruit trees. The last 400 metres of the drive is on an unpaved road.

Chalet Hogleit

Chalet Hogleit is located on a lovely spot in the midst of the mountains at a healthy elevation of 1200 metres. There are no neighbours, no traffic and no noise, only the nature around you! You have this chalet all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The chalet is most suitable for the adventurous holiday maker. The long mountain path is an adventure in itself. And what about the two fireplaces in the chalet stoked with wood. Next to the chalet, the owner has enough (free) wood available so that you can keep the fire nice and blazing. The alpine slide of Hopfgarten is right in front of the chalet. In the summer, the walking paths start right on the doorstep. But the most unique thing about this house is the view. From the living room and the terrace you will feel like the emperor of the Kitzbühel Alps. Take into consideration in the winter that the last 6 km to the chalet is a steep mountain road (last 400 metres is a paved path) where snow chains are obligatory.

You have this floor all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The home was completely renovated in 2011 and everything is new and comfortable. There is a large property around the house with a spacious garden and a terrace with garden furniture. The owner has a farm nearby which the children are welcome to visit. The ski bus stops nearly in front of the door, and will whisk you to the largest ski area In Austria.

Chalet Sonnenalp

Fantastic detached chalet in well known Hopfgarten im Brixental. In a very central location (near the railway, but with no noise through good insulation and a noise reducing wall), nearly right on the practice slope and the ski gondola of the largest ski area in Austria. You don't need a ski bus or car to get to the lift, just walk 2 minutes from the front door to the gondola and slope! The chalet consists of three levels and there are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a lounge room on the top floor with a view of the piste! All facilities are within walking distance, you can leave your car parked in the central car park 20 metres from the chalet throughout your holiday.
