Das Schwalbennest

Situated in the famous ski area "Wilder Kaiser-Brixental", at the foot of the Hohen Salve (1829m), with 250km slopes and 93 ski lifts, is the chalet "Schwalbennest" where we have selected a good furnished apartment (80m2) for you. The chalet is peaceful situated with a beautiful view over the Wilder Kaiser. The ski school and ski slopes are directly opposite the apartment and the ski bus stop within 50m. In the summer, this region has the following to offer: 700km marked hiking routes, recreation lakes and you can swim here excellently, golf, tennis, horse ride, squash, mountain climbing from the "Wilder Kaiser", paragliding, canyon, mountain biking, and above all there are diverse alternate childrens programmes which are offered. In short, a region with much to offer!

Haus Feller

This beautiful detached house is 2 km from the Salvistabahn Gondola. The house has a spacious, pleasantly furnished holiday home with comfortable furniture on the ground floor. The holiday home is in a delightful, quiet sunny area. There is a pleasant private terrace with a wooden bench, table and awning. The terrace is accessible from the living room. There is a sandpit in the small garden. The house is right at the edge of a wood. There are excellent walking paths directly from the holiday home. These include the signposted walking route to the small, charming town of Itterdorfl. There is a radio in the house. The washing machine is downstairs.

Ittererwirt

Itterwirt is a unique accommodation in the heart of the attractive village of Itter. The village is surrounded by Austria's largest ski-area. Itterwirt was a guest-house and now can be rented as a whole. The holiday home is a spacious 650 m2. It has a professional kitchen with a wealth of built-in equipment. There is even a real bar with a beer tap. A group can really enjoy themselves here. There are eighteen bedrooms and sixteen bathrooms. You will enjoy sole occupancy of the ground, second and third floors. The owner lives on the first floor and has his own entrance. Privacy is guaranteed. There is a small wellness area with two saunas, showers and a relaxation area which is perfect after an active day. When you stay at Itterwirt, the largest ski-area in Austria is almost on your doorstep. You can enjoy Ellmau, Westendorf, Kirchberg, 247 ski-lifts and 676 kilometres of skiing. Itterwirt is an ideal holiday accommodation for large groups.

Feller

The Feller House is in an excellent position. It is a stone's throw from the chair lift in the village of Itter. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. The semi-detached, modern house is painted orange (see picture left) and was built recently. The furnishing is attractive. There are four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The kitchen has a wealth of built-in equipment. The spacious living room has an attractive stove which will make you feel immediately at home. There is a pleasant south-facing garden with a terrace in front of the house. Austria's largest ski-area is almost on the doorstep. The area includes Elmmau, Westendorf, Kirchberg and more. There are 247 lifts and an amazing 676 kilometres of ski-slopes.
