Kreidl

Chalet Kreidl is located at a mere 3 km from the centre, in one of the nicest spots of Kirchberg, the Gaisberg. This detached chalet enjoys a quiet and sunny location, at a height of a 1000 m. A winding mountain road leads to the chalet. Hiking paths start at your doorstep. The detached house was built in 2003 and, in fact, consists of two homes, which together form the chalet. Therefore, you have no less than 4 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and 2 living rooms at your disposal. Privacy is guaranteed! Next to the chalet, there is another home, (which can be reached from the outside), which is occupied by the owner. Chalet Kirchberg

Unique in Kirchberg! On a truly fantastic location, directly in the centre of Kirchberg (near a railroad) you find the detached chalet Kirchberg. This characteristic wooden chalet was completely renovated in 2007 and fitted with all modern conveniences. The chalet covers three floors, has no less than 6 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and is therefore extremely suitable for a number of families holidaying together. All facilities are within walking distance so there is no need for you to use your car during your holiday. At the rear side of the house you find a huge garden where children can play undisturbed. Here you also find a spacious, wooden (south facing) sun terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.

The free ski-bus will take you to the Kirchberg ski-lifts within 15 minutes. Kirchberg's town centre with its restaurants, shops and après-ski is within walking distance. You can forget the car for the holiday. The chalet is on the ground and 1st floor. It was completely renovated in 2009. The result is superb. The chalet is furnished in a modern style and everything is new. There is a spacious living room with a wooden floor and plenty of natural light. There are three bedrooms and a modern bathroom with two showers, including a rain shower. The new open kitchen with cooking island looks wonderful and has superb built-in equipment. Stöcklfeld

This very comfortable, spacious holiday home is just 250 metres from Kirchberg's lively town centre. The holiday home is in a sunny position and enjoys good views of the mountains. The home is almost opposite the nursery slope and tow lift. It is close to the ski-school and the centre of Kirchberg. The holiday home has its own entrance so privacy is guaranteed. The exterior of the house is rather dated. There is a new kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and three bedrooms. This is an ideal address for a successful winter sports holiday and very good value for money.

Brügglbach

This newly build (2005) apartment is situated about 5 minutes south of Kirchberg. The apartment has a perfect sunny and quiet location in the beautiful national park Spertental, with views on the Großen Rettenstein (2363 m.). The skibus stop is directly in front of the apartment and you can ski all the way back. The new Kitzbühel-Westendorf lift is directly behind the apartment. This cosy apartment is situated on the ground floor. In the basement there is a (bio)sauna with wellness area which you can use (after consultation with the owner). In this area there also is an extra shower and a separate toilet. In one of the bedrooms is an extra space with sleeping possibility for children.

Schwarzkogel

This newly build (2005) apartment is situated in Aschau, close to the village Kirchberg. The apartment has a perfect sunny and quiet location in the beautiful national park Spertental, with views on the Großen Rettenstein (2363 m.). The practice area Aschau (with skischool) is directly next to the apartment. The skibus will take you in about 5 minutes to the skiing area and you can ski directly back to the apartment via the beautiful Schwarzkogel descent. The ski run is at walking distance. This cosy apartment consists of two floors. From the livingroom you have access to the terrace with big garden. The livingroom can be used as extra bedroom, whilst the kitchen is a separate room.

Ganzleithof

The Ganzleithof farmhouse is in a superb location. It is immediately by the Gais Mountain ski-run. This quaint, slightly old fashioned farmhouse is 1000 metres above sea level. It is reached by a mountain road. The house enjoys panoramic views of the famous ski village of Kirchberg. The simple, spacious holiday home is on the second floor. You can put your skis on at the front door and ski straight down the ski-run. The Canadian and American olympic ski teams use the Gais Mountain as their training base. Hanser

The Hanser House is in a delightful, quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is in an ideal position. It is 1.5 kilometres from Kirchberg's Pengelstein ski-lift. This lift connects with the largest ski-area in Austria. The spacious, simple holiday home occupies the whole of the ground floor. All three bedrooms have their own wash basin. The sunny terrace in front of the house enjoys breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Kirchberg ski-area. Children can play happily as there is no through traffic.

Kirchberg is an ideal ski-area as it connects with the Kitzbühel and Westendorf ski-areas and the region's other popular ski-areas. The town is well known for its lively village centre and many après-ski bars. This millionaire's villa is at an invigorating height of 1,100 meters and is 2.5 kilometres from Kirchberg.
