Kitzbühel is a paradise for walkers, Nordic walkers, mountain bikers and golfers. It is an ideal summer destination.

Pankratz

The Pankratz House's superb location offers you an attractive combination of sports and leisure. And you can get to them all very easily. The famous Hornbahn cable car is around 200 metres from the house. The house is near the idyllic, picturesque town centre of Kitzbühel. The town has restaurants, shops and a railway station, all within walking distance. You can forget about your car on this holiday. The railway station creates hardly any noise. The apartment is on the first floor of the house. It is tastefully and pleasantly furnished. You can enjoy splendid views of the famous Hahnenkam with the Streif race course from the sunny balcony. You can enjoy relaxing in the shared garden in summer. Children will love the playground equipment. The friendly lady owner will provide, for payment, fresh rolls every morning.

Almhütte Chalet Hochbrunn, direkt an der Piste!

Do you want to enjoy a unique winter sports holiday in Austria's largest ski-area? Then this detached Alpine Hut or 'almhut' is for you. The almhut is at an altitude of 1,750 metres and is in the heart of the Kitzbühel and Kirchberg ski-area. You'll find plenty of privacy here. There's no queue in the mornings at the ski-lift, you just put your skis on and off you go. As the almhut is in the ski-area it is inaccessible by car. You can park by the Fleckalmbahn Gondola and travel up on the lift. The owner will help you with luggage on arrival and departure. The almhut is attractively and traditionally furnished. There are three bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a simple kitchen and a cosy Austrian living room. A half board menu is served in the owners' restaurant next door. You can also enjoy the wellness facilities there which include a sauna and Turkish bath. This is a unique holiday accommodation in wonderful Kitzbühel. The half board served in the almhut next door is mandatory and costs 32.00 per person per night. You can arrive with the Fleckalmbahn (train) from Kirchberg, Hahnenkammbahn and from Kitzbühel, outside of the service times of this train, you can follow the owner with the car (only for arrival and departure). You must call the owner ahead of time. If you arrive by train, the homeowner can pick you and your luggage up at the station. If you will arrive by car, the owner will only lead you on arrival and departure. There is a prohibition on driving on the mountain! The house is located in a walking area.

Almhütte

This detached Alpine hut enjoys plenty of privacy and is at an altitude of 1,750 metres. It is surrounded by the wonderful mountains of Kitzbühel and Kirchberg. The Alpine hut nestles amidst delightful Alpine meadows and is reached by car via a long, partly unmade, mountain road. The accommodation is attractively and traditionally furnished. There are three bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a simple kitchen and a cosy Austrian living room. You can enjoy evening meals in the owners restaurant next door. You can also enjoy the sauna and Turkish bath. This is a unique holiday accommodation in the delightful village of Kitzbühel. Half-board is mandatory and is served next door. The cost is 32.00 per person per night. Seeblick

On the through road between famous Kitzbühel and Kirchberg, across from the picturesque Schwarzsee, you will find this unique accommodation. Unique because this former pension has now been converted into one large holiday home and is ideal accommodation for large groups. You have this unique property all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The very spacious holiday home (650 m2 of holiday pleasure) is distributed over three floors and has a relatively small kitchen, a charming lounge with a sitting room and 20 separate bedrooms with 18 bathrooms. It is all in good condition, even if some bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated. The country house is in a very central location, all of the facilities, such as various restaurants, the lake and the station (not much train traffic) are within walking distance, so you can park your car for your entire holiday. The ski bus stops nearly on the doorstep and will whisk you for free to the largest ski area in Austria (including Kitzbühel, Kirchberg, Westendorf and Ellmau, with a total of 247 lifts with 676 km of skiing pleasure!). All in all an ideal holiday home for larger groups.
