Your apartment is located only 200 metres from the centre, on a dead end street on the sunny side. Your apartment is part of an apartment house/pension which has been recently fully renovated and rebuilt. In the complex, you can make use of the many facilities, such as a very expansive wellness area (800 m2), with large interior swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool and massage offerings, morning bread roll service or enjoyment of an expansive breakfast buffet (for a fee). Your apartments furnishings are modern, charming and well cared for. You have 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and en-suite bathroom, a living room with open kitchen and sleep sofa, a bathroom and separate toilet. You have a wonderful view from the balcony/terrace. You can also use the communal large garden, terrace and sunbathing lawn with lounge chairs. While you relax, the children can play in the separate playground, or outside, where you will find a swing and slide.

This holiday home was built and decorated in 2004 to the most modern standards. Your holiday home is approx. 68 m2 and located on the ground floor. A breathtaking landscape, fresh mountain air and family conviviality are the most important in the village Kleinarl. You reach the skiing area Salzburger Sportwelt by free ski bus (stop 100 m from the apartment), the valley station is only 800m further. This skiing area is one of the many accesses to the Ski Amadé region, the largest skiing area in Austria. One ski pass gives you access to 5 top skiing areas ! There are numerous walking paths with splendid views on the fascinating mountain landscape. You will get spoilt with the cheerful music and the delicious local cuisine in the mountain huts. The ski lifts work in summer too, which gives easy access to the mountains.

Jägersee

The small, ancient village of Kleinarl is the quietest and highest township in the wonderful Ski Amadé area. Annemairie Moser-Pröll, the Olympic and World Cup Alpine Skiing champion, comes from here. The Ski Amadé area allows you enjoy a vast expanse of ski-runs. The 88 kilometre long Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl is just one. With enough snow you can ski practically right up to the holiday home. The 2.5 km toboggan run is great fun after skiing. In summer, you can walk from Kleinarl straight into the mountains. The water in the lakes is crystal clear. Sports such as rafting and mountain biking are waiting for you to try. If you enjoy riding, there's a riding school within 100 metres of the house. The holiday home is on the first floor of this magnificent house. The furnishings are of the highest quality. Everything has been thought of. You can enjoy fresh coffee from a good coffee machine. There is a microwave and dishwasher, a television with DVD player, wonderful beds with allergy-free duvets, under-floor heating, internet connection and much more.
