The small town of Kolsassberg is at an altitude of 900 metres. The town is in the Karwendel Silver Region recreation area. You can enjoy delightful walks and cycle trips through beautiful Alpine meadows here. The Sonnenwinkel Holiday Home is in Tyrolean style and was carefully rebuilt in 2009. The luxurious home is 170 m2 and occupies two floors. You'll find everything you need here for a superb holiday. The large terrace enjoys delightful views of the Inntal Valley. The Zillertal Valley has numerous ski-areas. The Achental Valley and Lake Achensee are a paradise for walkers and mountain bikers. They are all on your doorstep and can be reached in 15 - 20 minutes. Two ski-lifts, the Hofer and the Jägerhof, are near the house. These operate when there is sufficient snow. They are both suitable for families with children. The free ski-bus stops 200 metres from the house. The bus will bring you to the Zillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen.
