Gamperhof

Beautifully furnished appartment occupying the whole top floor of a remote 300 year-old farmhouse. The location, 1200m above sealevel on a hillside at the end of a country road is simply stunning. From up on the balcony the valley falls away, and the panorama is extraordinary. To your right you can see the snowcapped peak of the Hochalm, part of the Grossglockner massif, and one of Austria's highest mountains. To your left you have the start of the famous Nockalm massif. The appartment itself has a private entrance, and consists of one very large, very comfortably furnished living room, at the far end of which is the kitchen and wood-burning stove. The 2 bedrooms are situated at both ends of this room. Outside there is ample parking, a beautiful sun terrace, and walks start from the front door. Early mornings and evenings are great for spotting deer and other animals who venture out of the woods. With its location on a working organic farm, you can also take advantage of fresh farm produce and bread baked by the farmers wife. A wonderful spot to relax. Please note that this appartment is located within a hunting area, so dogs must be carefully controlled at all times.

Gamperhütte

Situated at 1800m and accessed along a 8km dirt track, this remote traditional hut is pure joy for people wishing to escape the 21st century. Up to 3 of the other 6 huts are sometimes used at weekends by local hunters (Dogs on a lead at ALL TIMES!), but all week you are king of the valley. Your neighbours are cattle, deer, badgers (a set nearby!) and if you are lucky, an eagle. Hot water comes from a tank in the wood stove, there is no electricity apart from for lighting, and the bathroom is located in the neighbouring hut. Literally a few hundred metres from the core zone of the Nockberg National park, and in the sun all day. Wonderful!

Lindenhof

One of four appartments neighbouring this family-run hotel in Eisentratten, this is a simple appartment, but with use of the hotel facilities. The bedroom has a solid double and single bed, with an extra bed possible, and is also used as the living room and dining room. Toilet and bathroom are seperate. Outside is a shared patio and small play area, whilst the hotel iself has a covered terrace, bar and restaurant. Located 5km from Gmund, so perfectly located for the Malta valley, Nochberg toll road, and Millstättersee Lake, as well as a number of great smaller family attractions

Hannelore

Innerkrems is situated 36 km. north-east of Spittal. The detached chalet Hannelore has a peaceful and sunny location on a small plateau just above the village centre of Innerkrems. The detached property is for sole occupancy, privacy guaranteed. The spacious house (250 m) comprises both the ground floor and the 1st floor. One part of the house is renovated, the other part is still in its authentic Austrian style. On the 1st floor you find a lovely, spacious play area for kids. You can enjoy a veranda and balcony with garden furniture. You can use the large garden around the house as a sunbathing area and enjoy the barbecue. Specifics: The last 300 m. to the house go over a well passable, unimproved road.
