Lermoos is located 78 km northwest of Innsbruck. The very beautiful and child-friendly apartments are located nearly in the centre of Lermoos in a very quiet and sunny location. The apartments are the first floor (AT-6631-01, ideal for 2 adults + 2 children) and second floor (AT-6631-02 for four persons and AT-6631-03 for six persons, also ideal for four adults and 2 chilren). On the lower level there is a special playroom for the children. The house has a sauna and soft steam bath, bread roll service, lounging area and sun terrace. In the winter you are only 100 m from the Grubig Gondola.

The ski bus stops right in front of the door and will take you to the nearby gondola on the Grubigstein, the largest ski area in the region, with 8 lifts. You have 3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a bunk bed. 2 bathrooms and a charming living room diner make this a pleasant place to stay.
