This detached house is in a beautiful, quiet location in Lochlehen. Lochlehen is part of the village of Leutasch. The holiday home is on the ground floor or on the first floor. It is surrounded by a meadow. It is ideal for children as there is plenty of space for playing. The house is well kept and pleasantly furnished. The River Ache flows 100 metres from the home. There is a small pebble beach by the river. You can enjoy sunbathing and barbecuing there.

Leutasch is known as being snowsure and the Nordic tracks are right on the doorstep The ski bus will take you right to the ski areas at Seefeld. In the summer this is an ideal base for walks in Gaistal, the Wetterstein and the Mieminger mountains. You can be spoiled in the homeowners' restaurant Reiterklause, play darts or grill in your own winter BBQ hut. In the summer, there are numerous attractions for the kids, such as a trampoline and swimming pool.

Iin the winter there are 250 km of cross country ski trails right outside the front door. The ski bus takes 10 minutes to get you to the ski resort of Seefeld with 32 km of pistes for all levels. During summer, rental of the apartment includes free entry to the wonderful Alpenbad swimming baths.
