Your detached holiday residence is just outside of the historic city of Lienz at the foot of the Dolomites, but still with a very central location. You are in the centre in a few minutes. The Hochstein lift is only approx. 100 metres and takes you up to a beautiful hiking area in the summer, and in the winter, directly to the 7 km long ski piste, leading directly to Lienz. The free ski bus will take you to the Zettersfeld lift in a few minutes. You can ride the bobsled run at Hochstein throughout the year. In the Lienz Dolomites holiday region you can enjoy the sun and relaxing life against the background of the beautiful mountains. The beautifully furnished house has two living rooms, two kitchens, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A balcony and a garden offer you a quiet place to relax at all times. Only 35 km to the Italian border, approx. 50 km to the Grossglockner, the highest mountain in Austria.
