With 2000m2 of fenced garden there is plenty of room for the kids to run around safely, and inside has masses of space too. The fully equipped modern kitchen diner and living room (with flatscreen TV)are seperate, as are the bathroom (with washing machine) and toilet. The covered patio is south facing. There is a garage for use, and the neighbouring Gasthaus has an excellent local reputation for food. Skiing or hiking on the Petzen massif is 10 km away, as is the slovenian border, and the southern lakes are 20 mins drive.

A very large appartment with private entrance on the whole first floor located directly on the increasingly popular St James pilgrimage route from Slovenia to Santiago di Compostella in Spain, (6 months walk away!) The remarkable owner has even personally signposted the path from Slovenia to Villach. The appartment itself is new, but has kept the original hay stall as a bedroom - unique in Austria. The living and dining areas are open plan and there is a mezzanine floor for use as a library or kids play area.
