Neukirchen is situated 40 km west of Kaprun. Haus Breuer is located at the edge of the cosy town of Neukirchen, a good base for a diverse holiday. For example, you can go for wonderful walks in the National Park of Hohe Tauern nearby. And at less than 100 m from the home, you will find the valley station of the Kogelbahn, which takes you into the mountains where you can enjoy wonderful walks with spectacular views. The home is located in a dead end street, close to the cosy centre. The entrance of the home can be reached by a staircase with about 13 steps and is shared with the owner. The spacious home (60 m) with balcony is located on the 1st floor (from the street side, this is the 2nd floor) and can be reached by a staircase with about 15 steps. The furnishing is neat and tidy. Even though the house is located at the edge of Neukirchen, all the facilities are within easy reach, because the centre is a mere 500 m away from the home. In the area, you can also rent bicycles and go horseback riding.

Bianca

The peaceful area of Venedigersiedlung lies just a 5 minute car journey from the centre. We have contracted for 2 identical, ground floor properties (45 m). The accommodation is moden and comfortable. As the house is built against the hillside, the entrance is reached down a staircase. The garden is enclosed by a hedge and has garden furniture. Specifics: The double bed is 1.40 m. x 2 m.

Oberkühnreit

A true mountain holiday in a comfortable ambiance! These beautiful chalets (approx. 85m2) are situated in a small holiday park 850m above sea level. Along the edge of the woods, just outside the centre, you will feel immediately at home. From the living room and the terrace you overlook the dale and the "Hohen Tauern". Relax at the fireplace in the central house, let the day pass in review. The sleepingrooms are seperate with a sliding door. With normal snow situations, you will reach the dale station of Wildkogel without a car. After a days enjoyment of the snow, you can descend up to your holiday house! The centre of Neukirchen is reachable within several minutes via a footpath road. In the summer the house is an ideal starting point for an active holiday. The "National Park Hohe Tauern" offers you hiking trips, mountainbike routes, golf, tennis and much more!

Scherer Gütl

The cottage Scherer-Gütl is a suitable accommodation both for a relaxing summer or a winter holiday. The house has three cosy and comfortable apartments. Your apartment (ca. 110m2) is situated on the ground floor and on the first floor. The cottage is situated on the edge of the famous Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The centre is a 5 minutes walk away. The house benefits from a sunny location in the centre of a large mountain field. You will have a lovely view on the fascinating mountain landscape. The villages of Neukirchen am Großvenediger and Bramberg am Wildkogel are situated in the famous nature park Hohe Tauern. The valley is circled by the famous Großglockner, Venediger Alps, Pinzgauer Grasbergen and the Kitzbüheler Alps. In summer you can make nice walks here. The Tauern cycling route starts from your cottage. In direct proximity (500/700m) there are a mountain lake and a mini golf. Venediger

This comfortably furnished holiday home enjoys a wonderful location in the South of the community of Rosental and offers an endless view over the mountain chain and the national natural park. The centre of Neukirchen, the skiing lifts and the indoor swimming pool are a mere km away. You reach a bus stop with a free ski bus in five minutes. Also restaurants are a mere 5-10 minute walk away. The skiing area "Ski Arena Wildkogel" offers a total of 115 km of slopes of different levels. In the evening, the toboggan run is lit! Guided winter walks and rides with horse and sledge are offered. The villages of Neukirchen am Großvenediger and Bramberg am Wildkogel are located in the heart of the famous nature park of Hohe Tauern. In the summer, you can take beautiful walks. The bicycle route through the nature park starts right in front of your doorstep! Within close vicinity, you will find a mountain lake and a midget golf course.

This recently, new built chalet with 2 very comfortable apartments, quiet and sunny located on the edge of the forest, with great view over the valley and on the Gross Venediger/Hohe Tauern. A completely new, comfortable furnished 3-room apartment, located on the ground floor. At approx. 900 meter from the centre with restaurants and at 1.3 km from the Wildkogellift (at sufficient snow you can reach the lift per ski, at approx. 800m). The ski-run ends at approx. 800m from the chalet-apartments. With this ski-run you can ski to the village, where a free skitrain brings you back to the lift.

This well-maintained, spacious holiday home is on the outskirts of the market town of Neukirchen. It is suitable for four people.
