Lechner

Niedernsill lies 10 km west of Kaprun. Country house Lechner is situated in the Steindorf, in the centrally located town of Niedernsill between Kaprun (11 km) and Mittersill (14 km). Your comfortable house (100 m2) is on the first and second floor. The second floor can be reached via a staircase in the house itself. The furnishing is modern, atmospheric and very well kept. The kitchen has a cooking island and all mod cons. Directly from the living room (with a cosy stove), you have access to a south-facing balcony. The friendly owner, himself an experienced hiker, can provide lots of information about lovely nearby walks.

Christine

This nice house with a completely new (2007) furnished holiday home on the ground floor inside lies approx. 1,5 km. from Niedersill. At less then 500 m. you will find the forest in where you can take lovely hiking trips. You can also take the cable cart in Mittersill to the tops of the mountain range and explore the area from there and enjoy the wonderful views. But you can of course also take nice trips in the environment through the mountains or take a nice biking trip. At the house you have access to a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a garden (sloping due to the mountainous location).

Appartment Christine

A good value appartment in an area where they are hard to come by. Situated on the first floor there is a well-kept bathroom, a small double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the kitchen / living room. Not really ideal for for 4 adults together. From the kitchen there is a balcony shared with the owner's son - who is away in the daytime - which has fantastic views of the Hohe Tauern mountain range. Just 10 minutes drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, and with the other attractions of Salzburgerland, like Krimml Waterfalls, Badgastein Thermal spa, Grossglockner glacier, and Salzburg itself, all in easy range.

There are three good sized bedrooms, a large separate kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet and a living room. The balcony enjoys good uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. Children will enjoy the play equipment in the garden. This is an ideal holiday destination in summer and winter. Kaprun and Zell am See are a few minutes away by car.
