Sonnenalp Ötztal

Haus Sonnenalp is located in the midst of famous Tyrol at the entrance to the famous Ötztal. This detached holiday home is located only 4 km away from Ötz in the village of Ötztal Bahnhof. You have this floor all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The spacious holiday home (600 m2) is distributed over three floors and you have at least 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a professional kitchen and two living rooms. There is more than enough living space for larger groups. And how about your own bar (with beer tap) with a small disco in the basement. You can hold your own apres ski party! The newly built outdoor centre Area 47 is only a stones throw away. The free ski bus will whisk you to various ski areas such as Kühtai, Ötz and the glacier ski area of Sölden. All in all an ideal holiday home for larger groups.

Winklerhof

The village of Ötz is located at the beginning of the Ötztal from which it takes its name. The Winklerhof is located about 1 km above the charming village of Ötz. The home for 12 persons is located on the 1st and 2nd floors, and you have your own entrance at the side of the house, so you have the feeling of actually inhabiting the ground and first floors. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, in the summer it is a lovely base for lovely walks. In the winter, it is a meeting point for skiers in the Hochoetz ski area, with 27 km of slopes, ideal for families and beginners, and snowboarders love the Fun park at the Bielefelder Hütte. The Super Ski Pass provides unlimited ski enjoyment at the Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden ski areas. With one single pass, you have access to a total of 220 km of slopes and 60 state of the art lifts. The ski bus stops right in front of the house.

Sigrid

House Sigrid is very centrally situated near the village centre of Ötz. A friendly, tourist village at the start of the Ötztal. Numerous restaurants and many other facilities are reachable at walking distance. An attractive and comfortable holiday home lies on the 2nd floor of this detached house. You have access to three bedrooms of which one lies separately on the 1st floor. The separate living room and separate kitchen are highly appreciated, you will also have access to a balcony on the front as well as on the back. Around the house you will have access to a communal garden with terrace and garden furniture. A recommendation is the Piburgersee which is situated in the village section Piburg. A wonderful mountain lake in where you can swim, row and a lot more.

Monika

Ötz lies 53 km. To the west of Innsbruck. Country house Monika is in the cosy village of Ötz.The almost identical, modern and comfortable properties are on the 2nd floor. They all have balconies.

Isabella

The village of Oetz is at the entrance to the Ötz valley. The village gave the charming valley its name. This house has been completely renovated and is available from June 2010. The apartment is the epitome of comfort. There are two rooms, each with their own shower and toilet. This is a wonderful area for beautiful summer walks. You can enjoy 27 kilometres of ski runs in the Hochoetz ski-area in winter. The area is especially suitable for families and beginners. Snowboarders will really enjoy themselves in the fun park. You can enjoy unlimited skiing with a Super Ski Pass in the Hochoetz, Niederthai, Kühtai and Sölden ski-areas. 220 kilometres of ski-slopes and 60 modern ski-lifts are yours to enjoy with just one ski-pass. In winter there is the possibility of a 3rd room with double bed, shower and toilet, satellite TV, w-lan to rent at the owner for ? 100 - per week for 2 persons. This comfortable room is located outside of the apartment and you must turn around the house!

Riml

This beautifully renovated farmhouse, located in the Habichen district of Ötz, is available for up to 12 people for sole occupancy. On the ground and first floors there is a comfortable living room with open fireplace, a new fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower / WC and sauna, five bedrooms, three with shower, 3 toilets and a large south-facing 40 m2 terrace. The ski-bus, just 300 metres away, will take you to the nearby Hochötz ski slopes or directly to Ötztal Arena. In the summer season there are 3 bedrooms for up to 7 people, while another two double bedrooms can be rented for EUR 70 per room, per week. Youll find total relaxation at the nearby Piburg lake.
