This house is at the edge of the town of Pörtschach. It is on the busy main street and enjoys delightful views of the Wörthersee. The owner's private beach is just 1 km away. You may use the beach free of charge. There is a communal sitting room with books and games for children. The holiday homes at the front of the house have balconies. (There is some minor noise from traffic and trains).

Haus am Waldrand

A ground floor appartment in a large house 3km above the Wörthersee, and near the Moosburg golf course. Your private entrance takes you from the garden through a small hall into the kitchen diner, and from there to the living /bedroom and the bedroom with 2 bunks. The 3 other appartments upstairs mean there is normally no shortage of friends for the kids to make, and the great shared garden facilities give them plenty to to. The dutch owners are even installing a small swimming pool for 2010 in addition to the trampoline, swings, sandpit, BBQ and sauna. Quietly located next to the woods, but near one of Austria's most popular summer resorts. Great all round!
