This house is in the village of Pfunds-dorf. There is a pleasantly furnished holiday home on the ground floor and first floor. The home is 75 m2 and suitable for 4-5 people. This is a first class holiday home with high quality furniture throughout. There is an entrance hall, a large living room with a lounge-suite, comfortable chairs, a wall-unit and TV. The large, luxury live-in kitchen has dining furniture, a radio, a four-burner cooker, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is another separate toilet. An extra folding bed can be added in one of the bedrooms. There are two balconies and a small, shared sunbathing area. The sunbathing area is beside a pleasant, rippling brook. There is no allocated parking space as there are parking spaces near the house. You can enjoy fishing in the 9 km long River Inn, 100 metres away. A fishing licence is required. In summer the holiday home is let in June, July and August only. Shopping and restaurants are 200 metres away. Swimming, tennis and mini-golf are 300 metres. The village centre, water sports and parasailing are all 500 metres away.
