You occupy the right wing of this detached house and if you also rent the left wing (AT-5661-24), you are the sole occupier, so privacy is guaranteed. The interior is very cosy and attractive. Hikers and nature lovers will enjoy themselves, as the hiking paths start immediately at your front door. You should not miss the Seidwinkltal, which is still unknown to the tourists. For some lively activity, you can go to Zell am See or St. Johann im Pongau. In short, an ideal holiday destination for successful holidays.

Alpina

Perfectly quiet and sunny located with a beautiful view on the mountains. The centre of Rauris is only at 400 meters distance. In the summer you can enjoy many walking and mountainbike routes in this area. And of course the mountain World around you will be impressive enough to be enjoyed every day. For our more adventurous guests there is also the possibility to hike, if needed with a well trained guide. Apartment Alpina 203 is situated in a wonderful newly built complex with in total 16 apartments. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a luxurious and modern furnishing. Particularities: You can use the Poole, spa and wellness area in the newly built complex next door.
