Gabriëlle

This tastefully decorated house is situated just outside the town centre of Saalfelden, a small town ca. 10 km. north of Zell am See. The holiday home is on the ground floor and the use of wood contributes greatly to the more intimate, cosy feeling of this house. You can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. You can also use the table tennis table. The surroundings offer many recreation facilities. How about a lovely walk or dip in the Ritzensee (1.5 km) or a romantic trip to the Lamprechtshöhle cave (ca. 10 km.) with its bizarre rock formations and underground waterfalls. Children, especially, will have a great time on the Biberg summer toboggan track (2 km). We can certainly recommend a trip to the Großglockner (25 km), the city of Salzburg or the impressive storage lakes of Kaprun (18 km).

Möschl

The detached country house Möschl is located in a quiet location between Saalfelden and Leogang in the Lenzing district. On the ground floor of this house (seen from the back of the house) there is a very well appointed and furnished small 2 person studio. This studio is 350 x 350 cm is perfect for young people (or those staying young). As guests you can also use the sunny garden and covered barbeque area. It is only 6 km of the ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm, and the free ski bus will whisk you there in only a few minutes. You can also ski in the Maria Alm ski area, also only 6 km away. Saalfelden is also very central in the other seasons. Zell am See, Kaprun, Großglockner, Krimml and Salzburg are all a short distance away. There are lots of walking and cycling opportunities in the direct proximity.

Waldemar

This attractive, modern chalet is in the municipality of Pfaffing. It is around two kilometres from the old market town of Saalfelden. The chalet consists of three similar apartments. This apartment is 60 m2 and is either on the ground floor or on the first floor. It is comfortably and attractively furnished. You'll find a communal sauna, shower, toilet, plunge pool, ski-storage and laundry in the cellar. The sauna and laundry require payment. There is a delightful library on the first floor which is the perfect place to relax. The owner has created a attractive dining room in the middle of the house. You can enjoy breakfast there or half board. You can also drop in for a drink or coffee. The house has plenty of space for children to enjoy themselves. There is a natural, heated swimming pool beside the house which you can enjoy in summer. The ski-bus stop is 200 metres away and will take you to the picturesque town of Maria Alm within minutes. You have direct access to the beautiful Hochkönigs Winterreich ski-area from the town. This ski-area is part of the Ski Amade co-ordinated ski-region which has around 860 kilometres of ski-runs.

Jagglhof

Holiday home Jagglhof is located in the sunny and tranquil place of Almdorf between Saalfelden and Maria Alm, surrounded by the magnificent mountain landscapes of the Kitzbühler Schieferalps and the Steinernen Meer. This newly built and gorgeous holiday home (approx. 85 m2) is located adjacent to a farm and sleeps 6 to 8 persons. You can soak up the Austrian sun on the balcony or in the garden. Children won't get bored either; they can play on the playfield or ping-pong to their heart's content. The cosy village Maria Alm is accessible by car in 5 minutes. In Maria Alm you can do your daily shopping but also enjoy a delicious meal in cosy local restaurants. There are many cafés and après-ski bars, where you can relax after a long day walking or on the slopes. The ski areas Hochkönigs Winterreich (3 km), Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang (10 km) and the Europa Sportregion (20 km) all guarantee winter fun! You can reach the ski areas by car or by ski bus (ca. 5 minutes walk). Langlaufers find in Saalfelden and proximity various langlaufloipes. And in summer you can make a refreshing dive in the Zeller- or the Ritzensee, toboggan, skate, play a few rounds of golf or simply rest - everything is possible in the holiday home Jagglhof and the surrounding area!

Mosshamhof

The Mosshamhof farm sits in an idyllic location in quiet and centrally located Almdorf, near Saalfelden and Maria Alm. You have the first floor to yourself in a lovely and well maintained apartment with a rural character. The large living room with open kitchen offers sufficient space, and you also have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the lovely balcony. In the winter you can be on the Hinterreit ski slope, just adjacent to Almdorf, in just a few minutes. Charming Maria Alm is only a five minute drive away. In Maria Alm you can do your daily shop, and also eat out in one of the cosy local restaurants. There are also numerous cafes and apres-ski bars where you can gather after a day of skiing, sledding or a brisk walk. For cross country skiers there are many Nordic trails (100 km!) in Saalfelden and environs. Naturally, Almdof is wonderful for a holiday at any time of year. There are many sights and activities in the immediate vicinity and in the summer you can take a refreshing dip in the nearby lakes (the Zellersee or Ritzensee), go sledding, skating, golfing or just relax.

Christian

House Christian enjoys a wonderful, quiet and sunny location in between Saalfelden and Maria Alm. , There is a very spacious and new holiday home on the ground floor of this detached house. You are the sole occupant of the ground floor, so privacy is guaranteed! The home was partially renovated in 2007 and you dispose of a modern bathroom (wheel chair friendly), spacious bedrooms, a living kitchen and a cosy separate living room with an original wood burning stove. The house is surrounded by a large garden, sunbathing and playing area and a terrace. More than enough room for the children to play. They can also have a look on the farm next door. Saalfelden with its famous lake is about 3 km away.

Dorfheim

This spacious, well equipped holiday home has a very friendly owner. The pleasant home has a good sized living room with a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a single bed and pull out bed. There is a separate kitchen, a bathroom and storage space. The home is at the edge of the old market town of Saalfelden. It is in a very convenient position. You can enjoy walking, cycling, mountain biking and rafting in the area. The eighteen-hole Brandlhof and Urslautal Golf Club is only 5 km away. You can also just enjoy the open space and sheer tranquillity of this delightful area. Zell am See, Kaprun, Grossglockner, Krimml and Salzburg are all between 30 to 60 minutes away.

Bergkristal

This holiday home is on the outskirts of the village of Saalfelden. The village is at an altitude of 787 metres and at the foot of the Steinernen Meer Mountain Range. The house is especially suitable for families and small groups. It has five bedrooms, almost all with a balcony. There is a communal living room and a spacious, live-in kitchen. The furnishing is attractive and well kept. This is an ideal base for winter sports lovers. Cross-country ski-runs start immediately behind the house. Saalfelden is surrounded by the Hochkonigs Bergreich, Maria Alm, Leogang, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, Zell am See and Kaprun ski-areas. The free ski-bus to the Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski-area stops near the holiday home. You can enjoy extensive walking and cycling in summer. There are also many mountain bike routes and two excellent eighteen-hole golf courses. You can enjoy a sauna, Turkish Bath and beauty treatments in the nearby Wellness Hotel (for a fee).

Fuchslechner

Your apartment is located at the edge of the 787 metre high Saalfelden, at the foot of the high mountain lake the Steinernen Meer. The simple but well cared for apartment is located in the basement of the house with a view over the extensive meadows and surrounding mountains. You have a spacious kitchen/diner with a breakfast nook, washing machine, microwave and oven and a bedroom with a double bed and two single side tables. In addition, you have a terrace directly next to your apartment. The Nordic tracks start right behind the house. Around Saalfelden you will find the ski areas of Hoghkönigs Bergreich, Maria Alm, Leogang, Saalbach-Hingerglemm, Zell am See and Kaprun. The free ski bus to the Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area departs a short distance for the house. In the summer there is an expansive walking and cycling area with plenty of mountain bike routes and two perfect 18 hole golf courses. Sauna/steam room use or beauty packages are possible in the nearby wellness hotel (for a fee). In short, a well priced accommodation near a top ski and hiking area.
