Wonderfully located sole-occupancy house above Wolfsberg, with views over to the Koralm ski area. Built almost throughout from slowly maturing pine, this is a great house to unwind in. You have a private fenced garden with shady BBQ terrace, a covered balcony at the front door, and almost complete peace. There is another holiday house ca. 75m away, and the owner's house on the other side of that, but the setting is totally rural. Tastefully furnished and with modern kitchen, bathroom and appliances, and a seperate living room. A fifth bed can be put on the landing between the 2 bedrooms. A top house.

Landhaus Legenstein

This house was built in 2004. The holiday homes are also new. They are tastefully furnished using natural materials. The house is on a country estate covering 10 hectares. It is at the end of a long forest road. The estate is surrounded by a wooded mountain landscape. It is an oasis of tranquillity and enjoys beautiful vistas. The farm has young cattle as well as dairy breeds. It is active and working. You will be able to enjoy life on the farm here. However, you wont notice any farming aromas in the house. The spacious, luxuriously furnished holiday homes each have a charming wooden decor. The holiday homes are on the ground floor and first floor of the house. Particulars: There is plenty of space around the house for children to play. You can enjoy excellent walks straight from the house. There is no through traffic. There is a separate sunbathing area with sun loungers.

Haus Margarethe

Quiet bungalow overlooking the Lavanttal in sunny southern Austria. With solid wood furnishings and wooden floors and ceilings, the interior has a warm and friendly feeling to it. The large central living/dining room accesses every other room in the house and has a traditional austrian closed wood burner at its heart. The bathroom has a washing machine and is seperate from the toilet. The seperate kitchen has a dishwasher, of course. Outside there is a roofed patio, where you can enjoy the hum of the bees in the apple trees, and a fenced garden with views over Wolfsberg to the Koralm mountain. One of two rented houses on the old farm estate of the owner, and extremely relaxing!
