This well furnished, carefully maintained two-person apartment is in the Tyrol's sunniest village. The superb area is more suitable for long, relaxing walks rather than mountain climbing. There is a lake on a beautiful plateau which creates a delightful vista. The plateau has some amazing rock formations. The apartment, as a winter destination, is conveniently two kilometres from the Pillerseetal lift and within twelve kilometres of Fieberbrunn, St Johann in Tyrol and Waidring. The area is a paradise for the average skier. The Austrian cross-country skiing centre in Hochfilzen is not far. The apartment is one kilometre from the small village of St Jakob and three kilometres from St. Ulrich, where the lake begins. The apartment is on the first floor. The interior is ideal. There is a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the eastern Kitzbüheler Alps from the communal garden and balcony. Who could ask for more?
