Haus Rodler

Appartment Rodler is situated between the resort village of St Kanzian and the pilgrimage church in the village of Stein im Jauntal in Austria's sunny south. The appartment is on the second floor, but you have access to both the garden and the covered terrace on the first floor. The layout comprises two bedrooms, two toilets, and a living room which is seperate from the kitchen. The roof is insulated to keep you cooler at night. Included in the price are 4 beach admissions per week for 2 adults and 2 children on the nearby Kloopeinersee and Thurnersee.

Klopeinersee

Family-friendly 2 bedroomed first floor appartment in an old farmhouse in the beautiful sunny south of Austria. A central dining room leads to the 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and new fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Easy to block off for parents of small children too! The master bedroom has a double bed and a bunk, and the smaller bedroom 2 single beds. Each shares an east facing balcony. A sofa couch in the living room gives further sleeping options. There is 1800m garden in total round the house, with grapes, pears and raspberries. Furniture and BBQ are of course provided. 5 minutes walk to the lake promenade, beaches and bike hire, and 20 minutes through the mountains to Slovenia!

Blazej

St. Primus is located in the Kloppeinersee area and is a fantastic nature area. The very well maintained and spacious holiday residences are located on the ground floor or first floor (indicate preference when booking) of this quiet house located in the centre of the little locale of St. Primus. It is a 20 minute walk to the Turnersee. Free use of your own private beach at the Turnersee 2 km away with a toilet and changing cabin. Note: Parking is prohibited directly next to the Turnersee: there is a public parking area a few minutes walk away from the beach. Even though small pets are permitted, dogs are prohibited on the private beach. Extra: A 5th person is admitted at ? 56,- per week, payable on the spot.

Haus Hauser

Occupying the left half of the owners house, over two floors, this is a great family appartment in Southern Austria. The furnishings are a little dated, but well kept, and the garden, covered terrace and view are superb. Quietly located on the edge of a sleepy village 2km from the Turnersee there are swings and a table tennis table in the garden. There are also numerous excellent road bikes in the garage for your use, although you will have to do your own servicing. The 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 seperate toilets are spread over the 2 floors. For up to 4 people, only the ground floor will be made available
