Chalet an der Piste

Newly built chalet on the edge of the quiet village of St Margarethen in the Lungau Valley. The 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor, and the kitchen and spacious living area are on the ground floor, along with the second bathroom, which also houses a washing machine and dryer. There is terrace access for sunny summer breakfasts. Located directly next to the valley run of the Aineck ski area in winter, which in the summer becomes grazing land. The quiet centre of St Margarethen is a 2 minute walk away, making this a great family destination all year

An der Piste

In 2008 newly build chalet-residence consisting of thirteen apartments, located at only a few minutes walking distance from the village St. Margarethen. Underneath the residence is a covered car park. This apartment is situated on the ground floor and has it's own covered car park. Entrance in the hall with wardrobe. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two persons. In the living room there is also a fireplace, television and dining area. Completely equipped kitchen with a.o. dishwasher and microwave. Chalet Aineck

This chalet has almost everything. Beuatifully located on the edge of the charming village of St Margarethen, and with a large garden. The inside is predominantly lined with light pine, and has modern furnishings over 3 floors. The Games room downstairs is great for the kids, and on the ground floor the sauna and possibly the piano should delight the adults. They are all free to use, as is the Wireless Internet access thoughout the house. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are on the first floor, with the fifth downstairs. The large dining and living room gives a nice feeling of space and opens out into the garden terrace. The kitchen is of course fully equipped. A top quality house!
