Sautens is located 52 km to the west of Innsbruck at the mouth of the Ötz Valley. Landhaus Strigl is located in the centre of Sautens. The well maintained flat (70 m2) is located on the 1st and 2nd floors with balcony on the front and has a large kitchen, a comfortable living room and 3 bedrooms. In the summer you can relax in a very nice garden hut with grill, garden furniture and its own coffee machine. In the Winter it is 100 m to the ski bus, which will take you to the wonderful ski area of Ötz-Hochötz.

Oetztal Familien Appartment

Located a couple of miles off the beaten track at the start of the Oetz Valley, this appartment offers fabulous doorstep facilities for a family. Very homely feeling wooden bungalow chalet decked out in light pine. The layout is simple, with 6 beds available in the 3 main rooms, but the furnishings are modern and of superb quality. The shared garden is very large and very popular - the scenic natural swimming pool, floodlit BBQ hut and play area will keep young and old occupied for hours. The Oetz Valley is best known as the glacier-touring, hiking and rafting capital of Tirol. Active guests have so many possibilities. A hike to the place they found Oetzi, the 2000 year old man in the ice would be a good start, and an overnight tour with a guide on the Vernagt glacier near Vent is absolutely unforgettable.
