Country house Heiderand lies perefctly quiet in a sunny spot, 1 km. From the centre of Rohrmoos and only 3 km. From the cosy centre of Schladming. The detached house is made up of two properties. On the ground floor you find a royal 4-6 Pers. property (AT-8970-07), with large terrace with garden furniture. Due to the mountain location you access this property via a staircase. On the 1st floor you find a 6-Pers. property (AT-8970-13) with balcony with garden furniture. Both properties are rustic and very well maintained. Schladming is situated 51 km. south-west of Lienzen. Country house Kristall is located on the banks of a brook, in a quiet spot and within walking distance from a lively town with a cosy shopping street. On the 1st floor you find two 4-5 Pers. properties both of which are well kept and completely decorated. The AT-8970-16 has two balconies, one facing south and the other one facing west, with garden furniture. The AT-8970-17 has a south facing balcony with garden furniture. Big, communal and enclosed garden/sunbathing area (grass) with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
