Brand new (2008) 2 bedroom appartment in a converted tirolean farmhouse, between Kufstein and the well known village of Söll in the Wilder Kaiser area. The accent here is very much on nature. The drinking water comes from a mountain spring, the location on the side of the mountain is idyllic, and rather than a pool, there is a natural pond (15m x 8m) to swim in. Next door is a sunbathing area and a BBQ house. The owners really have thought of nearly everything. In the house there is a games room for the children, and a breakfast room which doubles as a friendly bar in the evening. For those who do not take up the breakfast option, bread can be delivered to your door in the morning. In the area there are the picture postcard settings of the Hintersteinersee, the Wilder Kaiser mountains, and the chic medieval town of Kitzbuhel. Whether it's the Harley fest in Kitzbuhel, the summer festivals in Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau, and Kufstein, the Cow festivals in early autumn, there is something on almost every weekend in the area

Chalet Günther

Chalet Gunther is in the quiet village of Schwoich. The chalet is in an attractive, sunny area. The village is near the town of Kufstein. The detached chalet is built entirely of wood and has a charming atmosphere. You will enjoy sole occupancy so privacy is guaranteed. There is a modern kitchen and a cosy living room with a wood burning stove on the ground floor. Steep stairs lead from the living room to a bedroom on the first floor. There are two bedrooms which are more easily accessible on the lower ground floor. There is also a bathroom there with a delightful sauna. You'll find a small practice ski-lift just walking distance from the chalet. You can take the free ski-bus to Soll which has the largest ski-area in Austria. All in all, Chalet Gunther is the ideal place for an enjoyable holiday.

Wonderfully maintained and charming apartment with 2 bedrooms in a renovated Tyrolean farm, located between Kufstein and the popular village of Söll in the Wilder Kaiser region. The emphasis here is truly on nature. The drinking water comes from a mountain spring and the farm enjoys an idyllic location on the mountain side. Instead of a dip in the swimming pool, you can swim in a small lake (15m x 8m). Next to the house there is a sun lawn and a BBQ hut. The owner has thought of nearly everything. There is a playroom in the house for the children and there is a breakfast room which is converted into a cheery bar in the evening. If you dont want to take advantage of the breakfast in the communal breakfast room, you can order bread rolls which will be brought to you in the morning. You can enjoy the beautiful picture post card views of Lake Hinterstein, the mountains of the Wilder Kaiser and the chic medieval town of Kitzbühel. A Harley festival in Kitzbühel, the summer festivals in Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau and Kufstein, the Almabtrieb starts in the fall...there's something do experience almost every weekend!
