The Kirchmaier House is almost in the centre of the village of St. Johann. The house is in a very quiet area. The St. Johann ski-area, with its Bergbahnen, is 0.5 km from the holiday home. The Waidring ski-area, the Steinplatte, is 12 km away. The 74 km long Koasa ski-run is 200 metres from the home. The very spacious holiday home is on the first floor and is very pleasantly furnished. The holiday home has a balcony.

Whether you are planning a summer or winter holiday, this beautiful, luxury Chalet, consisting of 2 apartments, is the ideal holiday home. Apartment 1 en 2 combined can accommodate max. 13 persons. Between the apartments there is a connecting door, which makes it possible to book the complete chalet or a separate apartment. All bedrooms have access to a balcony with beautiful views (partly over the Wilder Kaiser mountains). Beautifully furnished living room with an electric Austrian style fire-place, Austrian style dining corner and comfortable couches. The mercy bed in only suitable for a child. Chalet Berglehen is situated directly on the ski slope. At the end of the day you can ski back to your apartment. In the morning you can ski directly to the gondola. Ski-in, ski-out location! From the Chalet it?s a 10 minute walk to the lovely town centre of St. Johann.
