Stans is situated 36 km. north-east of Innsbruck. House Marianne (80 m) is of a good standard and covers the 1st floor. It is peacefully located, on the edge of the forest. You can enjoy a nice, spacious, half covered sun terrace (30 m). You can park your car in the carport in front of the house. Various, lovely walking routes start from the house. When you enter Stans, not far from the centre and the swimming pool, youll find this family and child friendly holiday home with multiple tasteful and modern apartments in a quiet location. In the summer this is an ideal base for lovely walks in the Karwendel mountains or the Tux alpine foothills. IN the winter, the Silver Region Karwendel with Stans is an ideal ski area for children and beginners, and the Kellerjoch ski area for the whole family. Note, for children from 4-12 years there is a free childrens ski course, information at www.gratisskikurs.at. The free ski bus stops 300 metres away and will whisk you to the Fügen/Hochzillertal ski area.
