Hofer

The detached house Hofer lies in a quiet, sunny position at the edge of the pleasant village of Stumm. There is a south facing covered terrace with garden furniture at the front of the house. The houses many facilities make this a perfect holiday location. There is a childrens play area, private mini-golf and a barbecue. For the little ones there is a childrens farm with chickens, ducks and hares. The friendly owner is happy to help with organising walks, sledge journeys, sight-seeing flights etc. In all, Hofer is an ideal address for an enjoyable holiday.

Nussbaum

Haus Nüssbaum is located in a fantastic sunny spot on the Gattererberg. The detached house is in a quiet location at a healthy (and snow-sure) elevation of 850 metres. The house is located 4 km from Stumm and is accessible via a well maintained mountain road. This comfortable and charmingly furnished flat is located on the ground floor (accessible via a stair). You have your own entrance, privacy guaranteed! The flat was partially renovated in 2011 and has a kitchen/diner, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. In front of the flat there is a lovely sunny terrace with a breathtaking view of the Zillertal and the surrounding mountains. The free ski bus stops outside of the door in the winter.
