From the viewpoint 50m away, you can watch the sun rise or set over the town of Villach and the jagged Julian Alps in Slovenia. The owner owns the forest around the house for almost as far as the eye can see, as well as a beach on Lake Ossiach, which you can use for free all week. Unlike some in the heat by the lake, you will sleep soundly in the fresh mountain air. Only 5 minutes walk to an excellent mountain restaurant - this appartment may be simple, but it has everything!

One of 2 similar great value appartments on the ground floor (garden level) of this appartment house above the middle station of the Gerlitzen lift system by Villach. Access to the scenic garden terrace is directly from the living room, and outside there are a slide, BBQ, table tenis and a sandpit. The interior has been recently improved, with the bedroom totally refurbished, refitted kitchen, and new furniture in the living room. From the middle station (ca. 1km) you can take a chairlift to the top, or have a go on the new downhill go kart track. Included in the appartment price is beach access on the Ossiachersee - great for families!
