Eveline

Country house Eveline lies on a quiet and sunny spot in the valley, between the villages of Umhausen and Tumpen. The food standard property occupies 2 floors. Doblander

In the middle of the Ötztal on a sunny location amidst meadows, woods and the high tops of the Ötztaler Alps lies the cosy village of Umhausen. You find the lively Sölden with its beautiful summer ski area at just 16 km. It is also the starting point for many walking routes, including the one to the most beautiful and highest waterfall of Tyrol. Near the village centre of Umhausen lies the big and spacious house Doblander. You will immediately notice the big garden behind the house, fruit trees, a good sized lawn, various sitting areas and garden furniture. The house has been recently renovated and has four spacious bedrooms and no less than three bathrooms. Some bedrooms have a balcony.

Bergheim

The town of Umhausen is 62 km south-west of Innsbruck. The Bergheim Country house is detached and is in a cul-de-sac. The house is in a quiet, sunny position close to the town. The holiday home is on the first floor. It is very well kept and has a balcony which offers delightful views. The house has a terrace, a sunbathing/play area and garden furniture. There is a children's swing and sandpit. You can also enjoy table tennis. The house is next to the lady owner's children's farm. You can visit rabbits, miniature goats and chickens. The farm also has two ponies, Laila and Jessica.

Frischmann

The country house Frischmann was built in 2003 and lies on a quiet street, 1 km. outside the centre of Umhausen. The property (135 m) occupies the entire 1st floor. The accommodation is very well equipped, modern and luxurious. There are 2 south facing balconies with garden furniture.

Dung

The Dung House is in the village of Neudorf. The house has a pleasantly furnished holiday home on the ground floor. The home consists of a live-in kitchen, two bedrooms and 2 extra bedrooms with a balcony on the first floor. There is a pleasant, sunny terrace with a barbecue and a large swing for children to enjoy. Guests receive a 20% discount in the landlord's sports shop in the city of Umhausen.

Klotz

Umhausen lies 62 km. Southwest of Innsbruck. Country house Klotz stands in the village of Neudorf. It lies perfectly quiet, as only the traffic of the residents is present. On the 1st floor you find a neatly decorated accommodation (80 m) with a large balcony to the south.

Alpenhuis

Ca. 24 km. north of Sölden at a height 936 m., lies the friendly village of Umhausen. On the edge of Umhausen you'll find the detached holiday home 'Alpenhuis'.Your spacious holiday home covers the entire 1st floor of the house. It has a well kept interior with lots of wood which creates a very cosy atmosphere. There are three separate bedrooms and a spacious balcony from which you can enjoy the lovely view.

Maurer

Ca. 29 km east of Sölden lies the friendly village of Tumpen. An ideal starting point for trips to Sölden (ca 20 km.) and to the cosy village of Ötz (ca. 5 km.). In the village itself you'll find several restaurants and a store for your basic shopping. The detached Maurer house is situated on a thoroughfare. The spacious and deluxe property was newly built in 2006 and practically covers the entire 2nd floor. The house is modern, deluxe, newly furnished and fitted with all modern conveniences. There is even a separate play corner for the little ones. You can enjoy several balconies and a lovely garden with terrace and garden furniture. Heating costs only if necessary.

Elena

In a quiet location, on the edge of the centre of Umhausen (forest edge), you will find your holiday home Elena (40 m) on the ground floor level at the back of this house. Umhausen is a small village in a green valley surrounded by the magnificent Alps. The nature has decorated the region with mountains, woods and rocks. The centre is only a 10-15 minutes walk away and after a 20 minutes walk you will reach the new recreation lake near the 'Oetzidorf' (prehistoric village of 5000 years ago reconstruction). In summer, the region is perfect for swimming, mountain biking, walking, water sports and horse riding. The walking paths mostly run along villages and rivers. The trip to the Gaislachalm via Außerwald and Innerwald is very popular. The winter sports fans will not get bored in the region of Umhausen. There are many ski opportunities in the Ötztal; Hochötz (height 2200 m, 5 km distance), Sölden (height 1600-3000 m, 20 km distance), Obergurgl (height 2000-3000 m, distance 30 km). The ski area Hochötz is small and fun. Despite its size, the region has 10 lifts. The highest point of the ski area is situated at 2200 m. Besides the many ski opportunities, there is also a fun park for snowboarders here. If you want to relax after an exhausting day of enjoying yourself the Aqua Dome in Längefeld (10 km) offers everything you need. In short: don't sit around at home and let the beautiful Ötztal surprise you!

Lisa

House Lisa lies on a peaceful and sunny location in the valley between de villages Umhausen and Tumpen. Walking roads run almost directly in front of the house. The holiday house is situated on the ground floor (seen from the mountain side) en you have your own entrance. The house is effectively furnished and contains of a small, separate living room, a separate simple kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. In front of the house you will have your own garden with terrace and garden furniture and besides that, you also have a balcony. Specifics: The house is situated on a farm where sheep, cows, goats, chicken, rabbits, a beehouse and many other animals are to be found. The children can of course take a look there and even help feeding.

Seewald

This renovated holiday residence is well maintained and comfortably furnished and is located on the entire first floor of this house, located in a quiet suburb of Umhausen. You have your own balcony of approx. 17 m to the south and west.

Delano

The Delano Holiday Home is in the idyllic mountain village of Niederthai. The house is on a sunny terrace 1,550 metres above sea level. It is very close to the Stuibenfall, the highest waterfall in the Tyrol. You will enjoy complete rest and relaxation in Niederthai. There is no mass tourism here, just people enjoying nature at its best. These recently renovated holiday accommodations have been awarded four Edelweisses. The homes are on the ground floor and have modern interiors. They each have their own terrace with a delightful view over the surrounding mountains. There is garden furniture and lounge chairs. You can hire mountain bikes at the house. The Delano Holiday Home is an ideal base for wonderful mountain walks and cycle trips.

Traudl

The Traudl House is in the town of Neudorf. The house has an attractive holiday home on the ground floor. The home is suitable for two people. There is a live-in kitchen and one bedroom. The terrace captures the sun and is the perfect place to relax. You'll find the largest waterfall in the Tyrol nearby. There is a swimming lake and a 'climbing garden' near the waterfall. Climbing equipment is available free of charge. Guests will receive a 20% discount at the landlord's sister's sports and shoe shop in Umhausen. The free ski-bus is just 200 metres away. It will bring you to the most attractive ski-runs in the Ötztal.

Waldhart

The new and modern furnished apartment Stuibenfall is located on the first floor of the recently renovated building and is accessible via a separate entrance with a spiral staircase. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with dining nook, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, bathroom with bath and toilet and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. SAT-TV and Internet W-LAN is available. A small balcony for the warm summer days with a dining area invites you to stay outside. The landlord offers bread service and fresh self produced products. In the winter, the free ski bus, 100 metres away, will whisk you to the ski areas of Hochötz, Kühtai and Sölden.
