Blümel

Sunny appartment 2.5 km outside the lively summer resort of Velden on Lake Worthersee. The ground floor appartment has good quality furnishings, and a roomy, light master bedroom. The private entrance leads stright into the living room, and also provides access from there to the small shady private terrace. There are two small garden play areas, and a roofed barbecue terrace for sharing drinks and stories with your fellow guests on warm southern evenings. Next door to one of the Buschenchanks (Farmers' pubs) for which the area is famous and close to the motorway for easy access and touring. Included in the resort tax is the Wörthersee card, for free access to many of the area's attractions

The larger of 2 attractive appartments quietly situated above the lake, some 3km outside of Velden, the busy summer resort of choice for Austria's elite. The kitchen is seperate from the dining / living room which has access to a north facing balcony with views out over the lake. The two bedrooms can sleep 5, although there is an extra sofa bed in the living room should you wish to spread out over 3 rooms. The shared garden downstairs is large and sunny. Access to the lake is 400m down an adjacent footpath to the south bank beach - free with the Wörthersee card (www.card.woerthersee.com) which is covered by your tourist tax.

This house is in a beautiful location in the Sonnental, on the edge of the popular summer resort of Velden. The appartment is on the first floor, and there are 2 bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen diner. Downstairs there is a shared wasking machine. The beautifully kept garden has something for everyone - a play area for smaller children, a play room with games, books, racquets, and a BBQ. A fresh roll service is available daily.

Apfelbaum

Beautifully situated between lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken mountains, this compact appartment is great value. With direct access to the sunny south facing garden, with its enormous centrepiece apple tree, barbecue and furniture. On entry there is a small kitchen with mini-oven and a dining area, and through the arch, is the pine-decked bedroom with a double bed. Simple, but with the covered terrace in the garden, you have more than enough space. Situated right on the cycle path to the Worthersee, and Austria's most poular summer resort - Velden. You can have breakfast in Carinthia, lunch in Slovenia, and pizza for supper in Italy, and spend only 90 minutes in the car!
